Just Peachy. I believe in August when peaches are ripe this would be better.

This is a distillery in the middle of wine country. It's a unique barn like setup. They have unique cocktails here. I have been here multiple times, and this time was because it was part of the Halloween trail. The staff is always kind. There is a patio section in the front entrance area. It's one of my favorite spots. You can also purchase bottles of their liquor.

In an area that has a winery on every corner, the Red Eagle Distillery is a nice change of pace. The building appears to be a remodeled barn. The mixologists can expertly make a nice variety of adult beverages, and they do it with a smile. There's a nice seating area inside, or if you prefer if the weather is nice, you can enjoy your drink on the small deck outside.

A must stop for us when visiting wineries in the area. The bar has lots of fun cocktails as well as draft beers. On this trip we tried the bourbon sweet tea and the dirty hoe, both were delicious. If you prefer beer they always have a nice selection and this time I found Abita which you can't get everywhere. Definitely worth a visit.

Part of the Halloween trail. Not sure if the meatballs were gluten free so I "shared" them. The drink for the trail was a mini maple bourbon sour. Quite tasty. Quick service.

Fun little stop while in northern Ohio wine country. Good place to stop if there are whiskey or spirit drinkers in the bunch. We tried a flight of their distilled products but they also offer cocktails too.

This place smells absolutely heavenly. I wish I could bottle it up or make a mandle out of it. They offer a variety of spirits that they make in the barn. Plus, they have three shelf's of liquor and some beer on tap. The espresso martini was top notch!Make sure to ask the bartender about why buffalo trace is on the bottom shelf :)

This was the biggest disappointment of my Geneva on the Lake trip! We came to the restaurant next door, wanting some lunch, but we had a half hour to kill before it opened, so we went over to the Red Eagle Distillery. Not a soul was in there, but that was okay, it was like noon, so that's understandable. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Lots of small tables. The bartender was friendly enough. She informed us that the restaurant didn't serve food in Mondays. That was extremely disappointing because we were starved. But it was confusing why it would still be open on Mondays, just without food. Weird.Anyway, we were excited to try some bourbon Christmas cocktails, since this was a distillery. Again, a disappointment. Almost every cocktail was a vodka cocktail. Bummer! Not a big fan of vodka. Not of the cocktails seemed very appealing, but my husband and I both felt awkward, so we each got a different cocktail. They were both undrinkable. Seriously, yuck! We are both not picky, and are very easy to please. But they were not good. Then I asked to use the bathroom. And THEY DONT HAVE A BATHROOM. It's in a barn across a field. What? I felt like I was in some kind of PUNK'D, but alas, no Ashton came out of hiding.I absolutely do not recommend if you enjoy fine cocktails and/or anticipate needing a bathroom. If you're 18-21 and have never had an alcoholic drink, you'd probably like it !

I know Madison/Geneva is well know for their wines around the area. This place is a place we've been to 3 times in the last 2 years and we will continue to visit it!Great atmosphere, simple concept lots of great beverages. When you walk in, you can first grab a table before walking up to the bar for drink orders. No tabs, just pay at the bar and bring it to your table. We just enjoy sitting there and getting lost in the conversation or just enjoy watching the room. Most places close early around here and this place will stop serving around 9:30pm on Friday/Saturday. At least that's what we saw this night. Cocktails are great, they also mix it up per the season. We did buy a bourbon to go, only $23 but it wasn't anything special if you ask me. Enjoy your wine during the day, enjoy dinner and close-out the night at this place. You'll enjoy it!!!

Very unique stop - barn and next door tavern are beautiful buildings! Service was good. We only did some spirit tasting - which weren't to our preference. The mixed drinks/cocktails looked tasty but didn't try them.

Loved coming here 6 or more times a year ever since it opened. We would take our 4 wheelers and side by sides. This past Saturday we stopped for the first time this year, I had my usual Old Fashioned and the wife had a Sea Breeze. Total was 38.00! Won't be going back any time soon sorry to say. I guess you are catering to the out of towners and winery hoppers now.
