Red Creek Bar & Grill by Zappitelli's

Disappointment is an understatement. We had sworn off this restaurant two years ago when they sent us raw chicken when we ordered takeout. We thought we would try again and gave it a go. Walked in and was sat quickly (only half full on Friday at 6p), then 10 minutes later was asked for drinks. Came back and ordered quickly. Almost 45 minutes later were offered the kids' food to come out first. Asked about bread and was offered some while we wait another 15 minutes for the adult meals. When the hot honey pizza came out, it was wet and soaked on the bottom. The potato skins came out with the meal and not ahead and they were just potatoes cut in half and topped with cheese. No bacon to speak of and not broiled. Wasn't expecting a huge surprise with the house salad, but it was just a head of iceberg chopped up and covered with a cup of banana peppers and three black olives. The tomatoes weren't even halved, let alone chopped up. Waitress was nice, but absent. Decor was confused and the noise was concert levels. They removed the wall and their attempt at soundproofing included about a dozen pads, three of which are actively falling off. Between the Arizona mural, Marshall's artwork, beer paraphernalia and rusty metal ceiling - it was hard to know what the vibe was supposed to be anymore. We were so disappointed and will not be back again. It is a real shame as we live very close and eat out 1-2 times a week for dinner.EDIT: I returned and spoke to the manager (David). He apologized and refunded the meal. He gave me his card but recognized the issues and lost business.

Always have great food. Tried the Margherita pizza and the dill pizza tonight. Both fantastic. (Side note, Their dough is really good!) We got it to go. Very timely and friendly service. You can dine in too and has a great atmosphere with a full service bar.

We stopped here for dinner one day to celebrate my mom's birthday. My mom had been here quite a few times while planning a surprise party for me. It was pretty busy when we came by, on a Sunday evening. Mom and I started out with a drink, while Andrew had a beer. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it and their website doesn't have their drink menu. My stepfather also started with the Fried Provolone for an appetizer. It was SO good, he didn't want to share lol. Dinner took a little longer than expected to arrive, but given that everybody had an amazing experience I can't be mad about it. My stepfather ordered the Meat Lovers Calzone, my mom got rigatoni without meatballs, Andrew got Mac n Cheese with BBQ Chicken, and I got the Italian Sub as a wrap. I did not hear a single complaint from anybody at the table. My stepfather is a hard man to please and he was thrilled with his meal. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and I'd love to go back soon! They have a wide variety to choose from and everything is phenomenal.

Pizza is wonderful. It's cheesy so if you like a lot, get it! Pickle pizza is fun. I like to get a 4 slicer to share with the family.

Really sad, used to love this place. ordered Buffalo chicken dip and got dirty celery. Very slow in getting our check. Something smelled off on my daughters wrap. Won't be back

So I didn't visit the location but I received a box lunch at a seminar and it was amazing! I had the club wrap and it was massive - almost a burrito! Great sides and a very big cookie. I couldn't eat it all but it went home with me. Very delicious!

We haven't been here since they remodeled. The food is still good and our service was excellent! I will say it was extremely loud and you now sit on top of the tables next to you! They've crammed in so many tables, we could hear nothing tables beside us conversations! Not sure we'll go back now

Very disappointing to arrive home after picking up a take out of order. Open the box to find a totally burnt pepperoni pizza. Not even edible. It went straight in the garbage. I guess I should have looked before leaving as I've read about this happening to others.

Food was ok. Service was very slow because it was so busy at 6:00 on a Thursday night. It was so ridiculously loud in there you could not talk. First time back since the fire and remodel. Much more open now and nothing to deaden the sound. Not enjoyable. Sorry too loud for me.

Beautiful newly decorated bar and restaurant in Painesville Township. Great Italian food. Servings are large enough to take half home for a second meal. They can be very busy at times but seem to handle it pretty well. Highly recommend the lasagna.
