Red Beard's Barbecue

Glad I happened upon this wonderful food truck! They have quite the variety of different BBQ foods. I got a 1/2 rack of ribs with sweet sauce and a small brisket Mac n cheese. They were both fabulous. $4 for the ma n cheese and market price for the ribs was a good value. The ribs fell off the bones and we're very flavorfull. The Mac n cheese made me wish I bought the large size. Took a business card, as they cater as well. Looking forward to many returns. A tip is they park in the old Super K-mart on Lincolnway. Help support this guy. He supports the military and first responders as well. You won't regret giving it a try!
