Rascal House

The negative reviews are clearly from people that haven't worked in the service industry. When you're busy, you're busy and customers have to wait. To go to an online platform and bash a business that is consistently accurate, tasty, and the employees that they have are working hard and getting shit from people that have no clue how much effort it takes to keep up and put up with countless assholes making a barely livable wage. Stay at home and cook. Don't be mean. This is good pizza with good people working hard.

Rascal House was an absolute lifesaver after our red-eye flight! We were starving and exhausted, and they were the only place open late. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the late hour.The food was delicious and surprisingly affordable for the quality. We tried a variety of items and everything was fantastic. But what really impressed us was their commitment to cleanliness. The restaurant was spotless, which is not always the case for late-night spots.We're so grateful we stumbled upon Rascal House. This place was so great and was one of the very few places open after midnight on a Tuesday!! We flew in late and couldn't find any other place open! Thank you for being open! The ambiance is casual and friendly. The food was very tasty!

My first time having Rascalhouse and it was great. We got catering and everything was great. Pizza was good and had great flavor. The wings were a bit of a tangy bbq and tasty. I definitely will order again!

Pizza is very good and a bonus that they deliver to the local bars that do not serve food... even on opening day!

The 3 star rating is pretty accurate to me. Everything was average at best. Pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries were good enough if it's late night and nothing else is open. Other than that - I would avoid.

Yummy pizza gave me an extra slice because we were going to the Cleveland game. Great service welcomes you right when you enter. Very clean and well organized, would recommend! When I come to Cleveland again I will definitely stop in.

We'd arrived to Cleveland late and a hotel rep suggested Rascal as a late night delivery option since we were famished. Tired and hungry, I almost cried at the site of my loaded fries. Others ate tossed tenders and a Cesar salad. Both items were mediocre and no utensils were included (which in a hotel, you'd think these would be automatically included!).

I had to order food for 20+ people for a last minute work meeting and Rascal house was able to accomodate us at the last minute. The attendees were pleasently surprised with the pizza and salad from Rascal House. The pizzas were not greasy and cooked perfectly. The Family size house salads were filled with lots of good veggies, not all lettuce. They gave us 4 different dressings for the attendees to choose from. WIll definitely order from here again.

Very disappointed today order a deluxe nothing on it but mushrooms and sausage gave driver 5 dollar tip . The pizza was suppose to be medium they sent a large. I will not order for a while nor will I give a tip anymore. I called told the person who answered didn't really seem concerned they are not like they use to be.
