Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Great serviceThe drive thru has a weird layout that makes it tricky to figure out. They have two lanes to order. Food was fresh and staff was friendly.

Nothing very impressive here...chicken not overly crispy. I find the fact that they only offer one dipping sauce odd. Wouldn't be tempted to visit any of their locations again

This is the newest location in Cleveland. Very clean building with friendly fast service. The chicken fingers tasted amazing. The fries were good. And the iced tea was very good. I'm glad I stopped and will for sure come back again. You have to come here and get your chicken fix.

First time trying raising canes and it was good! Food came out hot and fresh and with a 6 finger meal it came with a 32 Oz drink. The sweet tea was also good. I will have to try again to see if it's consistent but a must try if you have never had them. This location had a nice outside eating area which I loved. No complaints.

Has to be one of the best canes in the area if not the best. I've been here twice and both times my food was prepared fast and fresh. Customer service is friendly and welcoming and it's always clean. Would recommend and everytime I'm in the area and want canes this is my go to!

We tried this chicken and it was good, but a bit greasy. The chicken doesn't have a lot of flavor, but the sauce is delicious. The fries are crinkle cut and pretty basic. The lemonade and sweet tea both were good too. The sauce is definitely the best part of the meal.

Fast and friendly service. Place looks very clean. To go only due to covid. Food taste great.

Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo this is not the best review. The food is always good and consistent, however this trip the drive through was a disaster. They missed up order was not correct charged me for extra sauces and large drinks which I did not get. They did not listen at the speaker, and did not listen at the window. Go to Chick-Fil-A for now on. They are always nice and treat you like a real customer.

Picture shown was 9.53$ - Seems like they're cutting down on the sizes of the chicken and the fries. Got way less than the portion container of the fries when I ASKED FOR EXTRA FRIES NO TOAST. And was told off by the kitchen crew when I asked them to fix it. Sorry. We'll be going here a lot less.

I pulled up to the drive thru as I was looking at the menu and then noises were being made, then all of the sudden a goat noise was made as a arab living in american I was very taken back as it was very disgusting and disrespectful as the noise was made to make fun of us as we are middle eastern, there are cameras around the drive thru and me wearing the hijab would be seen clearly as if they didn't know it was a Arab muslim family in the car. This is very unprofessional and disgusting behavior, even though this young kind man was apologizing among his co workers but still what was said can't be taken back. Please start treating people with respect and dignity, unfortunately Me and my family will not be returning to this place again as they need to understand anything said can really hurt someone. This is discrimination against us arab people!
