Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Food has the best chicken fingers. The service is speedy and polite. The ambiance is like a high school food spot.

Ordered big box.chicjen had no taste.the dipping sauce lid was not closed leaked all over.toast was cold soggyFrench fries were scarce.cole slaw was good.

I guess you can call me a Raising Cane's fangirl now! The hype is real, everyone! For my first ever Raising Cane's meal, I ordered a kids chicken tenders meal with an additional side of Texas toast. The meal came with two very breaded chicken tenders, a side of their iconic sauce, a small portion of fries, and a drink (Diet Coke). I thought the sauce was a typical ketchup/mayo combo upon looking at it but it is actually a mayo/worcestershire sauce and is sooooooo good! Honestly, the chicken is the best part but I thought everything, BUT the fries, were outstanding. The fries were kind of a letdown, tbh. Not worth your calories. Also, my diet Coke tasted kind of weird, but that's not a big deal. If only I could make a switch of fries as a side to that tasty texas toast for no extra charge, then I would be a happy camper!

Food wise, the chicken tenders were moist and the toast was buttery. The food is pretty consistent across the different Raising Canes I've been to in terms of quality. We ordered for dine in and they forgot my order. My friend who ordered the same thing as me after me got her order first. I think the staff realized they had forgotten my order after seeing me still waiting.

Attempted to get order in drive thru today. Needless to say, this location's quality has dropped considerably. I ordered at 11:05am approx, there was only 1 car in front of me. Car in front waited over 15 minutes for their order at window so there wasn't any other drive thru customers to be serviced and second drive thru line at window is closed. You can't exit line once you enter line so you're stuck waiting on bad service. Can't make excuse restaurant was busy because it looked like there might have been one to two customers in restaurant. I couldn't wait any longer as it was almost 20 minutes at this point for me and had to get back to work. Terrible terrible terrible! Your management staff is dropping the ball if you think it's reasonable for vehicles to wait 15-20 minutes for food in drive thru when you AREN'T busy and it's BEFORE LUNCH!

The fam and I have been stalking this new location. I was excited to find out they were opening a few days earlier than expected. What a beautifully organized opening day! The car line was split into 3 that eventually merged into 2 lanes. There were plenty of friendly staff walking through the lines taking orders. The whole operation was a well oiled machine. Now for the food! Everything was fresh and exactly what you're looking for out of Cane's. What a wonderful addition to the area. Cannot wait to try out the beautiful patio this summer.

Awesome raising canes experience with super quick service-- legit got my food within 5 minutes of ordering on opening day! As expected hot and crispy chicken tendies and fries with their spectacular sauce. Wouldn't expect anything different.

It's nice to have a raising Canes close by. Everyone is always friendly. I come here almost every time I visit home. Today although the food seemed fresh the fries didn't taste fresh. And i love fries! I was kind of disappointed. The bread is always good and the lemonade was on point!

I waited in line for 45+ minutes for lukewarm chicken tenders and soggy fries. It is just chicken, what could possible take them so long.

never had bad service or bad food at any canes ever. They just put one in my hometown too so now I can ALWAYS have canes even when i leave Mayfield to visit family. 10/10 would marry this restaurant if i could.
