Rag's Wine & Beverage

I called to buy a bottle of bourbon and was told by them that they have it in stock. When I arrived the owner refused to sell it to me and made a comment about me making it up. I drove 25 minutes just to get that bottle. I called back again while still in me car and the cashier told me they have it. Then the owner realized it was me and told her to hang up on me. I don't know if it was because I'm a female or have an accent, but I would not feel safe to go back to that disrespectful establishment.

Very rude employee. All, and I mean all, liquor is behind the counter so it's impossible to even see what they have. Cranky old woman was rude, so I drove to Shoreway Beverage in Sheffield where they are very nice and helpful.

Great place to find items not always available at my nearby location. They have been very busy each time I have been there. Also, the clientele have been very friendly and kind plus polite. When I need that special bottle, I think of Rags. Easy parking right at the front door. Don't let the name (Rags) be a deterrent. You'll be happy you went there.

I asked for a bottle of Vermouth And two employees looked at me like I was Bigfoot from the planet Mars. You work at a liquor store The employees are totally oblivious to the world around them. You find the bottle you work here. 0 stars

Great local spot for all your adult beverage needs. You may even find something nostalgic, that you haven't had in awhile. Very helpful staff and friendly! Always various offerings for wine, beer and liqueurs. If you want liquor just peruse whats behind the counters and ask for help..Conveniently located and easy to find. I highly recommend this place!
