RAAN THAI

I've been here twice now. The restaurant is really cute. It's clean and fairly roomy. It's not like the next table is right on top of you. Menu has a large selection of many different things. We have tried a little bit of everything. We have really liked everything we have tried!The staff is so nice. Very attentive, if you need something they are close by no real waiting.If you are in the area and love Thai food, STOP you won't be disappointed!!

Came her a while back, with a group of work colleagues as a holiday gathering. Our large table was greeted warmly and our server was patient and helpful as several folks were new to this style of cuisine.We all ordered a different boba, then we had several appetizers to share around the table and finally everyone ordered their main dishes. I went with my go-to, the Pad Thai (medium) with chicken. It was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of heat / kick for my palette.Everyone seemed to really enjoy the unique flavors of the dishes and the portion sizes were just about right. Hoping to get the chance to come back and explore the menu further!

Great food, great service. I've been to Raan Thai about a half dozen times now and will keep going back. The food is not only delicious, but you also get quite a large portion. My takeout orders would last me for 3 meals if it wasnt so delicious that I eat most of the first meal. The veggie eggrolls are the best I've ever had. The service is outstanding. I made a mistake on my online order, only to have Tony take the time to call me on a busy Saturday to inform me and fix the issue. I'm so glad Raan Thai is in my neighborhood.

We stumbled across this Thai place by accident and it truly is a hole in wall kind of gem! It's located near the Cle airport, on a very not happening street, but the food is sooooo good. We normally go to Banana Blossom since we leave near OC but might have to start making longer trips to over here! The appetizer portions are very generous (see pics) and every single dish we ordered hit (papaya salad, Tom yum soup, and hot Thai chili wings). Papaya salad was fresh and crunchy, Tom yum soup was piping hot with very succulent shrimp, & wings were the perfect lightly breaded crisp. We actually enjoyed our apps more than the entree (pad Thai) but between the two of us we even had leftovers of that dish so they really don't skimp on portions! + I highly recommend the tofu - not dried out like some places, good chew with tender interior. Overall super unexpectedly cute and delicious find. Would def recommend a visit!

This restaurant is a solid go to for Thai cuisine. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is friendly and the food is very very good. I order my thai with a low heat index. I started with 1 but could tolerate 2 next time. I ate with 2 other people and we were all very pleased with the food and the service

Wonderful experience here. We forgot to make a reservation and we had 5 people, but they were able to accommodate us within 15 minutes. They even offered to move us to a larger table when one opened up. In addition, the service was fantastic. If anything, our waitress was a bit delayed in checking on us, but only because they were SLAMMED. And for a good reason -- the food was delicious. Everyone at my table enjoyed their food. I left with a gigantic belly and a laundry list of items I'd like to try at a future visit.

Super nice people. But I don't recommend the ramen. I got pork broth, but it was more like miso based. The bamboo was hard as a rock. It all just tasted alittle off. I should have just got pad Thai as this is after all a Thai restaurant. I will come back to try Thai dishes. Very nice bright and clean interior.

Ran Thai is awesome. Since it has come to the FP we have have made it our go to Thai spot. That said. Yesterday we ordered take out. When I got home before opening the bag my phone rang. It was Tony at Raan Thai. He asked if we had all of the order. I checked and what he asked was missing. He apologized and asked if they could be delivered or if I could come back and pick it up. He threw a complimentary bubble tea for the trouble. That was great service. Mistakes happen and they made it right!

We have done take out many times and enjoyed it. We finally dined in and the service was great and the place had a nice ambiance. We had the fried tofu and I had the pad see u and it was delicious. My friend enjoyed her boba tea.

Food and customer service were incredible. I got the pad thai and couldn't stop eating it. The sweetest restaurant staff too.
