R Coffee Corner

I was passing through this area for an appointment when I needed a coffee shop. My trusty Yelp app led me to R Coffee, a cute little shop inside a strip mall. The staff were super friendly. I was surprised to see such a huge bubble tea selection, especially in this part of the state. I loved how proud of their menu they are! I had a long drive so I snagged a nitro cold brew and blueberry bubble tea to-go. Both were absolutely delicious and just what I needed for my drive. I can never say no to bubble tea!The inside is much larger than meets with the eye with several different seating areas. If I lived nearby, this would be a comfortable spot to catch up with friends or have a coffee date. I liked the different seating options and the small nautical touches throughout the interior. If you can't go inside, they also have a drive thru, which is cool to see for a local coffee shop. Definitely a needed stop if you're in the area and in search of coffee!

We popped in right at closing time and they were happy to serve us with very good coffee. I wish we had more time as this was an inviting place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Stopped by for breakfast. Really cute coffee shop inside. Ordered a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese, and an ice coffee. It was okay. The croissant was a little too toasted for me, and I felt like the egg was precooked or frozen and reheated, but maybe I'm wrong. But I will give them another try.

We love this place! Featured is a Bacon Egg and Cheddar Bagel with a Baileys Cold Brew! The mimosa bucket is also one of our favorites!!

We stopped in for a quick recharge and drinks. We noticed that there were plenty of sitting areas in the coffee shop. We ordered our drinks and went to sit down. Shortly after our drinks were brought to us. My caramel macchiato was way too sweet for my liking. Overall great location to try a variety of drinks in a clean coffee shop that could fit quite a few people! There's outdoor sitting and a drive thru as well.

Excellent place to stop in for a beverage or sandwich (wrap). They have a nice menu with plenty of choices for everyone. Overall, pleased with the quality of the product ordered. Prices are about what you would expect to pay from any place, but it's a local business, so worth supporting.Had the white nitro cold brew, and I love it. It's my go to drink when I stop and provides the perfect "jolt" for me. If need a caffeine fix, worth the stop and the diverse menu is nice.

Waste of money. I was really surprised that the place has so many good reviews. My "matcha milk tea" was just powder and water. Coffee was way too sweet. Breakfast sandwiches were okay.

As we left Put-In-Bay on a Thursday morning, heading to Cleveland, I decided that I needed coffee. I am a true coffee-holic, and without it I get massive headaches. So, to Yelp I went, looking for a local cafe to support. R Coffee Corner popped up on my screen, so a little detour from the highway we made.The cafe was clean and neat, located in a sort of strip mall with a lagoon closeby for those want to sip their coffee next to the water. The interior was also attractive, with a fireplace to one side and what looked like comfortable seats. I could see myself sitting here having coffee and working or reading if I lived in the area. The pastries also looked delightful, though I didn't partake of any.Because of the Noom diet that I'm doing, I now make or order coffee with almond milk to cut back on the calories. Most places add an extra 0.50 or so to the cost of the coffee to make up for the expense of the almond milk, and I don't mind that. However, I was more than a little shocked at the fact that my small cappuccino with almond milk at R Coffee Corner cost $5.25. It was a delicious cappuccino, but the cost was extraordinary. I have yet to pay that much for a small cappuccino with almond milk anywhere else. On top of that, the server didn't seem very interested in us as customers. She looked at us as if we had just crawled out from under a rock somewhere, and her tone of voice indicated that she would have preferred to be elsewhere. Yet, when a coworker came out from the back, her whole demeanor changed to pure positivity toward that person.Will I go back? I doubt it. First, I don't live in the area, so there is little chance I ever would be there again anyway. Secondly, the coffee was overpriced and the server just didn't care. I would give the place 3 stars, but I add the extra for how attractive and clean it was.

Ordered breakfast croissants and coffee - everything was delicious. The place had charm though I did not eat there. The drive through looked convenient as well. Will be coming back next time I am in the area

I can not say enough good things about this place! Bakery is delicious, awesome location and feeding the fish is so fun!
