Que Pasa

The staff were friendly (although spoke such limited English that in order to ask for something to be with beef instead of chicken I had to ask in Spanish). The queso with the chips was incredibly watery as was the salsa. Chips had no salt. On the up side the portions were huge. Definitely enough for 2 full meals. The unfortunate part was they didn't reheat well. We were visiting from out of town so maybe we'd just split one of the giant meals next time. They were also very cheap which was great. It was by no means a bad experience, it was just average, which is why I'm giving it a solid 3 stars. (If the queso and salsa with the chips would have been good -and the queso actually hot, it would have gotten a 4, but they were just way too runny and barely luke warm. )

Service was good food was bad. Rice was over cooked and not much chicken in the burrito. Will not return or recommend. Its food not rocket science, do better

Pretty good, and pretty standard Mexican restaurant food. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have street tacos (corn tortillas, grilled chicken with onions, cilantro, and rice) or tacos/burritos El Pastor. But what I ordered was decent. The beans are really good. Rice is just OK. Ibgave it 4 stars instead of 3 because my husband got the arrow con shrimp and it's the first time he's liked Mexican food. So, even if you have picky eaters, it's worth a try.

Ordered takeout was told 25 minutes 45 minutes later I received my order from a young woman with an attitude.After waiting for 10 minutes past the 25 I inquired as to how long it was going to be the hostess with the attitude ( and no name tag) nastily replied "well we're really busy"I have been frequenting Que Pas since they opened and have noticed a steady decline in service since the Carrollton establishment opened and have had several poor service experiences in the past year. Sorry Que Pasa I be dining elsewhere in the future

My favorite local Mexican restaurant. The food is well prepared and moderately priced. Service is also very good. Nicely decorated, too.

The food is good, but it's pretty cold inside. We bring jackets every time. So I would wear pants and bring a jacket if you have one.

This WAS one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We hadn't been there for some time so we were really anticipating the amazing food. The smell from outside the open kitchen door was almost enough to make me get back I the car, but unfortunately we still went in. Hubby got the 2X burrito and I got ground beef enchiladas. And found out what that smell was. It wasn't spoiled food., but the ground beef was dripping in grease and a red sauce that tasted like sloppy joes. Horrible. The rice was ok. They revamped the interior, which is awesome, and our server was obviously inexperienced. Not so awesome, but everyone has to start somewhere and no penalty for that. Unfortunately, we won't make the trip there again when there are MUCH better restaurants much closer to home.

The food is absolutely delicious every time i've eaten there, the only times i've had problems are when I call in and order ahead. Both times I did that there was food missing. No big deal, just drive back and got it fixed and they apologized! Great restaurant!
