Pulp Juice And Smoothie Bar

I was thirsty, hungry, and accidentally got off the highway trying to be a Starbucks mug, well, Starbucks was closed but luckily Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar was there and open! This little juice shop was just what I needed and I was happy that they were open. The staff was super friendly and I was able to order a protein shake with banana, chocolate, and peanut butter. The medium is a pretty good size and it was one of the best protein shakes I remember having. Not much to really say for this place other then the smoothies are delicious, the staff was nice, and they place looked pretty cool as well. If you need to quench some thirst, this is the place to do it!

Traveling through area wanted to try something different, away from the common chains we see every day, not from the area and where I live on PA we do not have one of these establishments. Tropical smoothie was delicious, service was quick out within five minutes, inside was very clean. Forgot to snap a picture not to much to show

Nice little place to get a healthy drink and or a little bit to eat. They have tons of selections for a drink so no one should have an issue finding something they like. They were a little busy when we got there but the wait to get our food and drinks was still only like 5 minutes.

Pulp being a chain, this one just opened fairly recently. It is located in the Crile rd plaza a few doors down from the yoga studio (which is nice after a yoga class). Their learning curve is knowing when to properly staff. Sometimes they have too many people, and other times not enough making your wait very frustrating. Overall a great smoothie spot. Favorite smoothie: green tea with almond milk.

I went to this location during a lunch break to grab something to eat. When I first arrived there was one person in line ahead of me ordering and 5 girls working behind the counter. It took more than 5 minutes(not exaggerated) for the customer in front to have her one smoothie rung up in the register as she ordered a smoothie of the month and the staff couldn't figure out how to charge them for it. I ordered a medium smoothie and pb&g wrap immediately after. By this time there were 6 other customers behind me in line. I waited another 5 minutes for my order as smoothies started to come out for the customers that were BEHIND me. Very frustrating experience but staff was nice. Smoothie was fine and the wrap was difficult to eat as it was shoved into the container "standing up" getting the yogurt and peanut butter all over. My expectations were a bit higher just because so many people were working and it wasn't busy when I first arrived.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees are very rude and they are always on their phones when I come in. They act like you are bothering them for wanting a smoothie. My friend and I came in and she ordered a smoothie with energy boost and the girl behind the counter actually said to her "are you sure you don't want the fat burner one?" How rude is that?? My friend is not overweight by any means, but even if she was where do you find the audacity to say that to someone?? Overall, the atmosphere is very unwelcoming and the staff is very rude. It sucks because the smoothies are actually good

Great wraps and smoothies, however, the management team needs to work with their employees and teach them customer serviceI definitely would come back, they just need to educate their employees and create a culture of customer service

The customer service was a 5/5 the reason I am giving this location two stars is because I ordered two smoothies and paid over the phone and then realized it was the wrong location and the manager claims she can't refund my order over the phone....so I just paid 30$ for two smoothies. I'm not too happy.

Found a large black and white hair in my PB and G bowel. No refund offered. Will not return
