I made my second visit to Project Sushi since moving to Medina. I placed my order online and picked up. When I arrived, I was politely greeted by name, since I was the first order of the day, and handed my food. I requested a veggie bowl with rice and a spicy California sushi roll. The veggie bowl was hot and very tasty. I would request that again for sure. The sushi roll was a bit small, but it was a fair amount of sushi for the price. As far as taste and texture goes, I could tell that the sushi was made fresh and the crunchy bits that I requested to be added gave it a nice texture. The flavor was just okay. I feel like their sushi needs to be jazzed up a bit, in general. The sushi is fresh and tasty, but compared to other sushi restaurants, it's definitely lacking that amazing flair, sauce, or presentation.Service was excellent.

What a groovy little place! Decked out in surfer decor, this posh sushi joint hits the spot for your sushi craving! We ordered carry out during the corona crisis and my order was ready right on time. I used their website to place my order which was stupid easy...it lets you request soy paper wraps and add/delete items from your roll easily. They even have an app. If you create an account, you'll see a timer that tells you when your order will be ready. Our rolls were fantastic!! We will certainly be repeat customers!! My only regret is that we don't live closer.

Food was excellent. All the sushi is served in rolls, so there is no option for sashimi, but that doesn't matter. Service was super friendly and fast. And the place is very simply decorated and just cool gives off a really comfortable ambience along with the music that is playing. I highly recommend this place. Today was my first time there and I will be back for sure. ***** I take back my review on that sushi place. I just had a pretty big allergic reaction to the sushi. That never happens at a good sushi place.*****£

While in Medina, I wanted some lunch. I try to patronize a local restaurant at least once a week. I was at a plaza and saw the sign for Project Sushi. I was greeted warmly immediately after entering. This space is very welcoming and clean. The menu was explained to me after the lady asked if it was my first time.I ordered the chicken tempura roll and the banana dessert. It was so yummy! The restrooms and floors were very clean as well. I highly recommend this place!

I have to say that this restaurant has an amazing staff. I am not sure if it's the owner that helped us, but we literally walked in 10 minutes before it was closing any welcomed us with open arms, and very good suggestions. I follow gluten-free due to an allergy and he was so helpful as he knows what that means the prices are amazing and the food is very good. I say give it a try.
