Porthouse Theater is a gem of North East Ohio. Celebrating it's 50th Season the shows are always top notch. Parking is a breeze and they allow you to bring your own picnic dinner (alcoholic beverages are allowed) with ample table and pavilion space if you are a subscriber. We have been attending for over a decade, the staff is always helpful. If there is another event at Blossom allow extra time to get to Porthouse, traffic can be difficult on those nights.

Ignore the other negative review for Porthouse, it is simply not true. Porthouse is our favorite summer theater destination. Beware of Blossom concerts, unless you are okay with some traffic. The grounds are beautiful and the staff has always been accommodating and helpful. Bring your own picnic, or enjoy a hotdog at the food stand. The box office handles pavilion spots, and be sure to call ahead because they fill up, but we love the picnic tables. They even have golf carts to take you from your car to the theater! We so enjoyed Night Music and Sister Act, and Newsies, and can't wait for 2018! Terri Kent never fails to bring a high quality show to Porthouse.
