Nice people - great service. I love when the servers let you know what's made fresh. We really wanted to try the steak and gnocchi but we knew that was too much for a late dinner. I ordered a lovely sangria made in-house, and the rigatoni with meatballs. It was a great value for $10 and came with a salad and plenty of bread. For a $1 upcharge you can get house-made blue cheese dressing. It was good. And I love getting a beet slice and onions on my salad. My sister got the lasagna and enjoyed it as well. I wish I had read the reviews earlier to know to order extra meat sauce and cheese. But still a good value. I definitely will go back. The business is almost 100 years old so it's definitely got an old school vibe, but the dining room gives you plenty of elbow room.

This place has been a staple for great Italian food for decades. I usually choose the gnocchi with red sauce but I have tried to other items on the menu. Dinner includes a nice salad and some of the best bread I've seen

The food is a good value for the price. All tomato sauce had meat; my partner had the gnocchi with sauce. I had the red snapper; I know from growing up in OH...all fish is frozen!Family business for generations! I would come again.

Food was good. Service was good. My wife is picky about red sauce. She just won't enjoy her meal if it's not right. She always asks just to sample a spoonful. The waitress said the owner does not allow sampling. Ok she got something else. But there were a lot of Italian entrees that we probably would have come back to try. We won't though because of this policy. You might want to lighten up a bit on that Francis!

Really nice, off the beaten path, Sarah our waitress was really pleasant young lady, kept the coffee cup full and brought extra meat sauce without asking.. Spaghetti and Rigatoni with meatballs were great!

I know this is an alliance staple and the food and ambiance is good and consistent. I was very disappointed to see they passed on the credit card SERVICE FEE AT 4% EXTRA on my receipt when I got home in addition to the tip. I was not notified they would be charging this beforehand or I would have paid cash. Will not be returning as I do not like to be nickel and dimed and not told about the fee by the waitress.

Old school classic Italian dining. Best creamy Italian around. Have dined here for over three decades and have never been disappointed. One of the best restaurants in Alliance.

The best Italian restaurant in town. The food is fantastic. Always nice people to help you. At a good price.
