Pizza Villa

Driving through Saegertown on humid day.... needing to rest a bit and fill empty belly. Saw Pizza Villa and stopped in... No AC but fans make place comfortable... food is cheap and very good.. Has iced tea choices and they are cold. Will return when out this way again.

One time a coworker told me this was his favorite pizza in the world- so when I moved to Saegertown I was excited to try it. I hate to be mean. Well no I don't. I hate to talk bad about a person's livelihood. But I'm going to do it anyway. The place is full - like full of stuffed animal frogs. Like a lifetime collection- which is just fricken weird. You know old ass stuffed animals in a restaurant...weird. Decor is circa 1979. So I had high hopes when we ordered. Literally the worst pizza I have ever paid money for and the second worst pizza I ever ate. You have to consider my grandmother once made a pizza with biscuit crust - straight tomato sauce and government velvetta cheese that shit was not edible. I've had better pizza at most middle schools. I seriously don't understand how the place remains open- other than the fact that pizza Joe's the other option a mile down the road isn't much better. Frozen crust. Flavorless sauce. And so little cheese I wondered if the forgot it. That being said it gets 2 stars for pure entertainment- so bad it has to be funny. And my daughter and I had a super nice conversation.

Used to go out of my way for pizza from this place and actively tell people in the area to go here now even when I've got this pizza free from a work party I just simply put it in the garbage can. I've tried this multiple times over the past few years and all this place has been doing is going down hill and last time I checked their cookie holder that is actively displayed looked like the parchment paper looked like it should have been changed months ago and you could tell it had heavy use and was probably somehow cross contaminating

This place is very underrated. The pizza is spot on and they also have par bake. The crust is crispy and the sauce which may not be for everyone is solid. But listen its about the tacos...not soft, hard!!! The flavor of the meat is something to behold. Fresh lettuce tomatoes etc. No taco sauce required. The service is good as well. Anytime I'm in this area I stop and buy no less than 5 hard tocos and a good ole 12 inch pie. Get the tacos!!!!!!

I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. Pizza Villa is not only the best pizza in the area, but also my favorite everywhere. I don't live there anymore, but visit a few times a year. Pizza Villa is on the to do list every time.

Been there twice now. Owner very nice and personable. Food each time very good. Price is right! Mind you, the 5 star isn't for the restaurant interior but for a pizza place where the food is enjoyable and so is owner!

Roseann is the best! Amazing service. Never a bad meal. This place is a family favorite!

The staff was friendly. The price wasn't surprising for the area. But apparently when you order a pizza with onions and mushrooms you have to specify you want cheese. I got a pizza with a beautiful crust but very very little cheese and so many onions you couldn't eat it.

Pizza literally tasted like toast with tomato paste, I've had microwaved pizza taste better than what they gave us, i definitely do not recommend eating here, poor food with a poor establishment with a side of poor attitude from a worker who was extremely rude, probably from the fact that she cant get laid, hard to get a man if u cant even cook a pizza

Ordered 2x pizzas; "they only come in one size and have 8 slices" should have been a red flag. Get home, open boxes, and discover that we've purchased what were clearly frozen, cafeteria-grade pizzas the hour before. No cheese, wonder-bread crust, unflavored tomato sauce, tiny pellet-sized sausage, etc., etc.. Made us slightly sick.
