Pizza Oven

I was soooo excited to be able to order pizza and chicken while in town. Truly was disappointed to receiving my pizza dry and overcooked. I alwys get extra cheese. Sure didn't look like any cheese was on the pizza. Not once but I tried again before leaving town. Idk if I will try again when I am in town for a visit

The Italian sausage pizza was wonderful. The sweet girl that took our order was wonderful and everything came out just as we ordered!

I use the drive through and everyone has been polite and friendly! Food is always ready in time frame they give! Hot and tasty too! Place always looks good!

One word to describe Pizza Oven is inconsistency. I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years or more. Once again West Tuscarawas store has served me shit for dinner. Under cooked calzone and dried out over cooked chicken. I believe this establishment survives on hopes and dreams. Old time customers hoping that they just might get it right once again. Like a fool I'll boycott for month or two and probably order again. Hoping I will hit the lottery.

Service is bad at the mass/perry location. Go in to pick order no one is in front ever to get your pizza most times .

They forgot to put the ground beef on the pizza before they cooked it so they decided to throw it on top after it was done. HORRIBLE The manager never came out to talk to me when I took it back. They did remake the pizza. That pizza should've never left the kitchen. After calling corperate they are sending me a$10 gift certificate. That doesn't even cover the price of a pizza.

Don't use door dash, upcharge everything. Pizza Oven shouldn't have them on there website. 8pc chix should of been $14.95Broasted potatoes $6.40Pizza $21.95Ended up being $87

This was my first time eating at Pizza Oven in Massillon, Ohio on Lincoln Way. The food was fantastic!! Ana has excellent Customer Service skills and is very professional, friendly and courteous. The food was just as good as the service. All the food we ordered was absolutely amazing, hot, fresh and filling. I will be back!!!Jeffrey Waterman 330-571-5448

Terrible service and cold food also delivery is 2 hours. Maybe chose another location if you like this chain.

Best pizza around. Toppings were fresh and cooked perfectly. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Everyone was friendly. Can tell they love their job which shows a lot. Will continue my support for local businesses
