I have tried their local special pizza. Pepperoni, mushroom and sausage. It's not bad. What I REALLY enjoy is their jojos. Holy smokes...like 20 of them for $5. I think that is a bargain. Think it's my favorite item on the menu.

My husband loves their chicken and jojos. I think their pizzas are pretty good. They deliver to doylestown, which is a plus, since not many places do. The workers have always been friendly, and our orders have always arrived on time. They usually have coupons, so check online before ordering for a better deal. No complaints here. We order from time to time, and it's not too expensive.

I have been eating Pizza Bogo for 8+ years now (used to get it from their location in the Valley). Back then, it was a great pizza at a great price. Now, it is a pretty great pizza at an average price. What keeps us coming back is the unusual ingredients (asparagus, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, etc) and the whole grain miracle crust. They are always willing to omit the meat on their combo pizzas, as we are vegetarian (we like the Milano and the Tuscan). I have to say that the biggest thing I miss by ordering from the Barberton store instead of the Akron one is their unlimited toppings. Barberton wants to charge you for every single topping whereas the Akron store doesn't mind what kind of combo you make up, they will pile it on for one price. We still travel into Akron sometimes just for that reason!

Just moved back to Barberton and I have had the old standbys, but after trying Bogo, I don't do carry out or delivery from anywhere else. The food quality is great and the customer service is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond for us, even on move days. Love these guys - you pretty much can't go wrong with whatever you order.

First order from Pizza Bogo. Ordered thin pizza's and got pans when the delivery came. Then they overcharged my credit card and had to refund it. It took about an hour for delivery. The Tuscan Florentina tasted good but the dough was like eating dry sandpaper or Brownberry wheat bread. The Big Bang had no tomato sauce and was mushy on top and dry dough on the bottom. Award winning . LOL! If you like Stouffers French Bread Pizza then this is for you. Give me Gioninos any day over this. A bunch of screw ups. Overall Blah Pizza and Service. Angelina's Road Kill Pizza also much better. Pizza should have tomato sauce.

My wife and I ordered a thin crust cheese and Hawaiian based pizza. I walked into the pickup area to blazing music and I could barely hear. The workers must have been jamming out since I was the only one in there. The Hawaiian's crust was burned and the cheese wasn't any thinner crust than the regular pizza we ordered. Their larges are about the size of a medium anywhere else. Only positive was the cost, which was cheap, which is probably why the pizza felt cheap. I had heard good things about this place, was really disappointed.

Disappointed. :(First time ordering from there, I did a "create your own". First issue was trying to order online, I tried it 3 times, and each time it would freeze up on me when I went to check out. So I called the store for my pickup order. Second problem was when I was reading off my order from the online order, it didn't say "spicy garlic sauce" rather than "creamy garlic sauce" , well, it was spicy!! I was going for more of the margarita pizza, with a nice light Alfredo-y sauce, but instead I got a really thick spicy sauce. And last but not least they forgot 2 of the items I ordered! Which cost me $1.75 per item. I'm not going to go back on them, because frankly I don't have the time to fight over $3.50, but I'm pretty peeved. All and all, what they gave me wasn't horrible, but it's not what I had ordered and was craving all day till lunch break. I don't know if I'll try it again.

My wife and I ordered from the Barberton store. We ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal when asked if I wanted southwest fries, or jojos, I asked if the fries were spicy. The young man said "not really, about like Arby's or Rally's. So I ordered them, with a side of Jojos, and Cheese bread. I ask 3 times if the fries were spicy, and was told "no" each time. When the food arrived, not only were the fries too spicy for me, but my wife, who loves both Arby's, and Rally's fries couldn't eat them either. Also the tenders were battered with the same coating, and neither of us could eat them either. The Jojos were not quite as spicy, but more than normal. This was not or first time art PizzaBOGO, we have always enjoyed their food. So I called in to talk to a manager, and a young Lady was put on. I told her the problem, and she proceeded to tell me that the tenders come with the same southwest breading as the fries, but you can order it without if you would like. I told her I would have if I would have known they came that way. She told me it said so on the website. I told her, I didn't see It. She said that was not her fault. When tried to explain that most restaurants would serve plain and let the customer order the spicy, she told me if I didn't like it, their was nothing she could do about it. She kept talking over me, and interupting me. I told her, that's OK, I'll take it up with corporate, have a good night. So I double check the site, and low and behold, there was no mention of the tenders having Southwest breading on them. So I called back, and ask for the manager. This time I was given to a young man. I'm not stupid, I know how the game is played. After a few questions I pretty much comfirmed at least HE wasn't a manager. He kept telling to hold on to get answers to my questions. I learned that there is no corporate headquarters. The employee who claimed to be a manager said he texted the regional manager and got an answer, in 2 minutes on a Friday night. Then said he didnt know regional manager's name. He said, "It's an long name. It's Arab and hard to pronounce we just call him Ethan." He couldn't even tell me the city where BOGO was founded. So I asked a question I knew would set him back, I ask for the regional managers phone number. After holding AGAIN, the young lady I spoke the first time came back on the line. I was about to tell her she was incorrect about the website, when she raised her voice, to an almost screaming level and kept talking over me. Then. She hung up on me.looI'm not one to normally leave bad reviews, but I am rarely treated this badly.
