UPDATED REVIEW: I returned back to Pizza 216 in early October 2024 and also in mid-October 2024. I'll definitely be back in 2025 to support this local pizza business. I sat outside on October 11, 2024 with a friend in the early evening. It was a warm weather day so I definitely recommend sitting outside when you visit if the weather is nice.($12.50) MARGHERITA PIZZA (small). 5/5 STARS -- I got it without the red sauce (it comes with an olive oil base already). The menu describes it as "Original red sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and pecorino romano." -- this pizza was very good and especially loved that it is a light pizza with no meat on it - 11 Oct. 2024($12.75) SPICY PIE PIZZA (small) - (4/5 STARS) -- I used a $10 off coupon that I was given from a previous visit. I ordered the Spicy Pie pizza to go. The menu describes it as "Local sausage, cheese blend, spicy red, mushrooms, and pepperoncinis." This one was good but not as good, in my opinion, as the margherita pizza which tasted fresher. Still though, I liked the sausage and mushrooms in the spicy pie pizza but I wished it had more flavour because it wasn't spicy at all - 26 Oct. 2024TIP: Next time I dine-in, I hope to bring a cash tip for the servers because per a Yelp review that I read below, the owner keeps all tips when customers tip using their debit/credit card which is unfortunate, if true.

Im pretty judgmental on pizza being from Jersey originally. However, this place hit the mark. Its right on euclid so it makes a great before show dinner spot if heading to playhouse square. The pizzas are delicious and they have some unique variations(such as the periogi pizza). The staff is always super friendly and attentive plus the cocktails are well made. Great food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices make this a must visit.

I was impressed with the Enzo pizza and garlic knots! Fresh and delicious.Sports fans can enjoy the numerous TVs above bar while you wash down the knock me off my feet pizza flavor that I his makes here!We came here after our conference at the Huntington center for dinner on a Monday night before the football game started so it was not too crowded but I can see other patrons know this place has great chefs! A lot of real estate for groups and easy to find.

Part of the Pierogi Week quest we are on!! Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and spot on. We started with the pierogis of course followed by brick oven pizza. They even had a pierogi style pizza!! Both were truly amazing. They had a gluten free option for the crust. A definite I will come back. Typical bar atmosphere!

This place is great! Good food, decent prices, and a nice vibe. And, while one bartender (Josh?) was amazing and going the extra mile to serve everyone, the other one resulted in the losing of a star. I've never seen someone look like they hate me for ordering a bottle of wine and asking for some time to look at the menu. When the wine finally arrived many minutes later, she didn't even bother to open it, just dropped it and two glasses in front of us and walked off. Thankfully Josh was nice enough to get a wine chiller out of their cooler so we weren't stuck with warm white wine. All that being said, I would def come back here when in the area so do stop in.

Soooo...it was my first time here, even though I've passed it multiple times. Hubby was with me, so I ordered the carnivore since that man loves a meaty pizza. The place is nice and cozy. The pizza was ready quickly. It was just ok... a little bland.I would, however, consider going back to try an alternate dish. If/when I do, I'll be sure to update my review.

Love it here! Typically it's my favorite pizza in cle. Good apps, not super expensive and a great happy hour. The service is always good, everyone's friendly! It's lowkey, but has music, tvs, etc. definitely recommend!

Visited Pizza 216 today for lunch. I was contemplating ordering pizza, but I didn't get any St Patty's day food over the weekend. So I decided to request a reuben sammich with fries. My co-worker requested a burger and fries. We chatted with the bartender and had some soft drinks.A few minutes later, the food was delivered. It was hot and looked appetizing. My french fries were excellent. They were cut like flower petals and had a nice taste and texture. The reuben was hot and tasty, but I've had better. We sat at the bar, so we could see directly in the pizza oven. Watching the pizzas being made was entertaining and made me wish I'd requested a pizza. Next time, I'll definitely request a pizza.

They have an amazing Bacon chicken ranch pizza! Favorite pizza in Cleveland. Staff is very nice. They apologized for it not being ready even though I was the one who was early for pickup. Restaurant seems clean and well kelp.

No frills interior space. They have some outdoor space. Service was good but pizza needs some help. Good crust but that's where it ends. Toppings were awful. I had the margarita pizza and weirdest looking margarita pizza I ever had. Sauce taste like it comes out of a can and cheese was so bland. They have a base with the crust just need to get the rest in order and this could be the place in downtown Cleveland for pizza.
