First time trying them via DoorDash and food was pretty good. Would have loved it if the pretzel bun was a little more crispy but I know that was cause of delivery. Had the beef patty with beer cheese which was delicious as well. Had the lakeside cheese medley which was unique but delicious. Types of cheese was cheddar, pepper jack, and garlic cheese. Would try them again but dinning in.

This place is fantastic. The food and service were top notch. The facility is immaculately clean and friendly. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Sandusky. I hope they keep advertising so the word gets out.

They've only been open a few weeks, at least I think that's what the server saidFood was really good, Being able to dock right at PCW is the way to go.Service was great. But you can't hear yourself think if you are dining inside, we moved out to the Patio, even though is was 90 degs on 6/21/2024. And to be honest it wasn't much cooler inside. Inside was about 40% capacityEven the server said she couldn't hear what people were asking for when she was taking orders.Then, what I assume was the owner, seemed more concerned with a squeak in the door going out to the patio then the ability to hear inside.I will try it again, this time when they have the garage doors open, thinking this will cut down the the inability to think and carry on a conversation. Some sound panels would go a LONG way

Came here on a Saturday night with family and we were told it would be a 45 min wait, so we grabbed some drinks at the bar and sat by the beautiful dock area. The views are nice, but everything else was lacking. Wait time to be seated:- We were told the wait would be 45 mins, but it actually took about and hour and 20 after asking the manager to check where we were at on the waitlist.- The kitchen staff was hustling and the owner of the restaurant was eating outside with his wife rather than help the staff. I'm not sure how the restaurant functions, but most restaurants have their owners step in if it's obvious the place needs help. - The owner's friends were conveniently seated right away whereas others on the waitlist sat patiently. Staff/service:- Our server, Cole, was great. He was attentive and checked on us throughout the night. Food:- Unfortunately they were out of a lot of things on the menu. - I ordered the scallops with lemon risotto. The scallops and risotto lacked flavor and the veggies were coated in black pepper. - Others ordered the perch sandwich and burger, which were fine. Bathroom:- The women's bathroom needed some TLC. There was barely any toilet paper left, the trash needed to be taken out, and there were flies. I noticed the host that to refill the toilet paper. The view of this place was fantastic, especially on a nice summer night. Service was working very hard to ensure guests were happy. I was frustrated by the lack of help from the owner, especially since they were understaffed. We checked in around 6:50 pm and left around 9:20 pm. This place has potential, but needs a lot of work.

Tried again for the second time yesterday because we had such great food and service. Well yesterday was completely different. There was a 1 hour wait early afternoon but there were 9 tables open outside and there was no on inside except for the bar. Eventually I asked for the Manager. He came out didn't introduce himself so didn't get his name. He told me that they make everything from scratch and the kitchen is very small and only fits 2 cooks so they can't fill their tables. No one ever apologize for the wait. I said well I could order a cocktail while waiting. He said we can go to the bar to order but no waited o on us there either. He along with the 15 year old hostess were clueless. Finally we were seated and received our drinks and finally our food. The filet, scallops and mushroom risotto were all amazing. I'm really disappointed I really like this place. Hopefully they will figure it out. So I dropped my last 5 star review to 2 stars because the food was so good.

After being seated immediately upon entering @4;15 we were given menus and silverware,dogbowl.People kept getting seated after us and getting drinks and such before anyone came to get our drink order.Never had anyone even come to our table,!,After 35 min.of nothing we got up and left.2 cars in parking lot when we got there full parking lot when we left.They appeared to cater to the big parties.We only was 2 people.No customer service good luck running a successful resturant this way.

Food was decent but not good enough since fries where cold. My group also waited about an hour and a half when we were told 40-45 mins. Location, views, and boat access are nice add ons but I hope management corrects this sooner than later.

The place is beautiful, the food was great and the service with Shacara was phenomenal! Tropical chicken sandwich and bayside burger was so good, salads were fresh! But again, the service is what made the experience so incredible! Paige was very attentive and has the utmost customer service skills I wish every restaurant would staff their teams with! 5s all day!

Took over 50min to get a club and chicken sandwiches both where cold and the chicken was so dry and tough it was hard to eat and then we had to actually track down our server just to get the bill.... terrible service and way over priced

this place has terrible service. the bartenders are terrible. waited at the bar for 15 minute before someone acknowledged us. watched one of them pick there nose and then serve a drink and never washed their hands. Then we get seated and server never asked if we would like another drink. We ordered and the food was terrible and had no flavor. I had garlic bread with my entree and I think they forgot to season the bread. also the bread was as hard as a crouton and had no flavor. The steak by far had to been the cheapest piece of meat I have ever seen in my life and also had no flavor. the grilled chicken was very dry. after we were done eating our waitress never came back out and we had to go inside to pay. there is no AC either so it was very humid. the prices are terrible for the quality of food that they served.
