Pineapple Eddie Southern Bistro

Ambiance was a 3/5 but the food definitely makes up for it! We got the mushroom soup, house salad, butternut squash ravioli, and poulet saute, which was all very good and plated beautifully. Would definitely return and either get the same thing, or try something new!

Highly rated by the locals. Overall, I enjoyed the experience but not sure I would be craving a return visit. Very good service. Street parking which is not always easy to find. Plenty of space inside. Outdated decor. Nice complimentary corn muffins. They make you sign a waiver to eat the Nashville friend chicken sandwich...still not sure why. Fried chicken and bourbon chicken were good. Side of rice was very flavorful and my husband absolutely loved the Mac and cheese. Overall, worth a stop by to judge for yourself.

Solid first meal at Pineapple Eddie's. We did not have an advance reservation on a Friday night , so we were seated downstairs in the dining room by the bar, which was fine by us. Our server was very polite and prompt, as were all the staff. They had a specials menu with a fresh catch that my husband ordered (I think it was red snapper) & I had the shrimp n grits. We both enjoyed our meals. They also make their own desserts. We easily found parking on the side street.

I've come twice since my first visit and the food is amazing every single time. Our servers were very helpful and provided excellent service. There's a large variety of drinks that can cater to whatever you prefer to drink. The food is some of the best food in Erie. Everything was cooked to perfection and packed so much flavor. Highly recommend the bourbon sugar fried chicken, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There was live music one night, which provided a nice atmosphere. We use to go there. Last time we went there we had to wait well over one hour for our food. Their excuse was that they were busy. Ruined our surprise party for our son and more importantly the food was unremarkable (bland). Never went back. Save your money.

Waited 30 minutes for our drinks, 5:30pm last Friday night, in an empty dining room. Regardless, we'll give them another chance .....

Stopped at this place as tourists and were blown away by how delicious everything was. I had the pleasure of ordering their jerk chicken and yes it was definitely spicy but that didn't matter. I ate throw that with a runny nose, it was that delicious. They gave us cornbread before our order came and those were also yummy. The atmosphere was calming and enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back every time we stop in to Erie!

Great place to eat in Erie! Family run business. A variety of creative homemade foods. And a dessert bar to choose from with amazing desserts!

Ordered my food to go, food was good but they forgot to put my side dishes that came with my chicken dinner I added $7.00 for all white meat therefore I paid $27.00 for 2 chicken breast (chicken dinner) all else was in tact. I paid $77.00 with a tip smh on that

The "special" was amazing! Enjoyed the Cod and Beef entrees. Hush puppies reminded me of Thanksgiving with a twist! Cocktails were delicious. The server was "next level"! ...couldn't find an appropriate picture; but here is one for proof.
