Pine Ridge Country Club

I've been here for a few weddings in the past but today was for my sisters baby shower. This venue and its historic bones are TO DIE FOR!!!! The high ceilings and wood beams make my heart happy. We had the great hall and it was set beautifully with round tables. Our brunch menu consisted of: eggs Florentine, sausage egg bake, breakfast potatoes, danishes, bagels, toasts, and a vast array of fruits. Everything was absolutely delicious! The sauce on the eggs Florentine was so smooth and tasty! The views of the golf course are beautiful and with the leaves changing, I was soaking up the awe and wonder. I highly recommend Pine Ridge for any baby or wedding shower. The staff was so attentive and proactive with our needs.

Visited for a baby shower on a Saturday afternoon. The location is very easy to get to and very close to the highway. Upon entering, there was a tv screen advising guests where the shower was located which was helpful! The only area that was not clearly labeled were the restrooms. The food they serve is provided by Dino's catering which is good, your standard buffet style food and menu. The staff was attentive and cleared our plates promptly. We were is the large upstairs banquet room which appeared to be clean and maintained. The parking lot was full for our event which made me wonder... if you host an event here with a larger guest list, such as a wedding reception, would there be ample parking? All in all my experience was pleasant, however I would give the feedback to clearly label restrooms for guests.

Wonderful food. The flank steak is superb. The pasta is some of the best we had too! Gorgeous atmosphere with an attention to detail.

We showed up with a BOGO coupon and went off right before a huge outing. We were never pressured from golfers and the course played very nicely. I like the layout and found the holes to be quite challenging for a city / metroparks course. Nice little place to stop and get a hot dog and a beer. Clubhouse has everything to get you started on the course. I also know, in addition to the previous reviews, that their catering is top notch, from the venue to the food (although I think they bring the food in).Hint: CASH ONLY at the bar / food hut.

I have never played golf here but the venue is beautiful location for wedding receptions. I have a venue in SC and this is very nice for this area.

Attended a baby shower for my sister in law here and was very nice. I came early to help set up and when we showed up there was no one to greet us and tell us where are shower was going to be. I went upstairs and a lady from another baby shower told me we were downstairs, not an employee. My mother in law and I had no help setting up or anyone asking if we needed help. With that being said the rest of the shower went well. It seemed the guests always had water, coffee, and juice whenever something was empty. The food was average and some of the egg dishes were cold. I would have wanted it to be pretty warm when I say down to eat. I was eating a cold quiche. Through out the shower servers came to the table twice to check on us. They cut the cake and served it in a timely fashion. The cleanup was easy for us but they didn't offer to help with taking the presents out to your car, but I guess that's what you would expect from an average country club. I don't know that I would ever host an event here !

I had my wedding reception at Pine Ridge on July 1, 2011. I was beyond pleased with their services! The food and service was outstanding. The venue is gorgeous! They made our reception! I would highly recommend Pine Ridge to anyone looking to have an elegant and memorable reception.
