Phoenix Coffee

All it took was one visit - after that, I was obsessed with the iced mochas at Phoenix coffee!Strangely enough, I usually don't like really rich espresso drinks, but at Phoenix they make theirs so smooth and chocolaty that I simply can't resist them :-)In addition to their game-changing iced mocha, you'll also find a number of seasonal drinks featured here - just ask one uber-friendly baristas and they'll be happy to explain what there is and the ingredigents that go into the beverage in question.My compliments to the owners and staff for creating an outstanding Java experience!

I love the coffee and bagels at phoenix. There is a drink for everyone, even non-coffee or caffeine lovers! Additionally the bagels are from cleveland bagel co. I love how they support other cleveland businesses and it does not stop at bagels. There are many other goods throughout the store you can purchase that are on display from small businesses around Cleveland. It's a great work environment and a spot to chill with friends. At this location there are even outdoor tables.

On our walk to the Hall of Fame. Friendly service, and lovely decor. Most importantly, this place made an incredible latte. There was a guy at a nearby table fully working and conferencing out loud on zoom. If we had stayed longer, this would have been irritating.

I had the pleasure of visiting Phoenix Coffee on my last day in Cleveland. The young lady I spoke to served me a great cup of coffee and I purchased a bag of coffee to enjoy back in Los Angeles. The coffee was spot on delicious! Thank you!

Welcoming coffee shop with great vibe. Had a delicious drip coffee and a solid vegan bagel. Particularly enjoyed the wall of house plants you can buy with specific care instructions on each.

Good coffee! This was my first time at this location, bigger than the one in the warehouse district. Service was fast. The space was big but did not seem open to sit. Wish the cappuccino came in a larger size...American probs.

I am so lucky I live so close to this coffee shop. Their coffee is delicious and they have a wide selection of lattes available. I have a sweet tooth when it comes to lattes and there are definitely many options that satisfy this. I have also had the chai tea latte several times and it is also on point, especially when you have a scratchy throat and may need a little ginger. There is plenty of space inside to hang out or study. The service is warm and the baristas are always chatting up with the customers there.

I've stopped by a few times and have always gone away with the thought that the coffee is okay. Is it great? No. Is it bad? No. It's average.During this particular stop, I was on a desperate mission to caffeinate myself before my lunch break ended. In true me-fashion, I went with a mocha instead of a cold brew or anything dark and bitter. I got the largest size, of course, and it was $5 and maybe some change, not too shabby considering the size. However, the mocha was sort of a disappointment. It was a bit bitter so I added sugar but that honestly wasn't the reason for my impression. The reason I was disappointed is that there was a chalky, powdery taste and texture as I drank it. It sort of reminded me of the mocha from Starbucks and that's not a compliment. I've had their latte before and that was perfectly fine so if you're stopping by...maybe don't go for the mocha.If you do decide to stop by I definitely recommend staying. I love the interior of this place. It's roomy with lots of places to sit without feeling impersonal. It is located in a busy business area and parking will always be a pain but it seems like a great place to get work done if you don't mind the bustle.
