The lady at the counter was a rockstar running the show. She was playing hostess, cashier, waitress for everyone that came in the restaurant. Upon entering you can sit down to eat inside or get your food to go. I decided to sit down. The lady brought over water before even asking. They also have a great menu with pictures to help you decide what you want. I tried one of the noodle bowls. It wasn't really what I expected. The noodles were good but I thought it would have more flavor since the chicken was bland. I tried the chicken broth so it might be better to try the beef. They do have other items. It was a fun experience and worth a try.

I like the location. Away enough from the heavy traffic of 82-Pearl that it is easy to turn into the plaza. Interior is modern and casual. Food is very respectable. Had the grilled pork bahn mi, the spring rolls with peanut sauce, the large rare brisket pho. The bahn mi had great bread, delicious BBQ pork but I wish the pickled veggies was a little more substantial--very finely julliened and not enough that it had no real crunch or sweet pickled flavor. More cilantro needed too. The pho (large) was a nice, generous bowl. The broth was a little bland to me however, and I wish there was more fresh basil and bean sprouts, especially for the size. Overall, I may be nit-picking though--I definitely enjoyed the meal and would recommend.

Stopped in for dinner for 5 on a weeknight. Few tables filled, but found a table for us all. Nice menu, but we were interested in hot pho. Started w some spring rolls and three of us had hot bowls of beef pho, one shrimp pho and one vermicelli w spring roll and roast pork. Food was good, fresh veg, hot and broth was flavorful. Would definitely go back, in fact some in our party returned the following week.

A 100/10 place. It's always quiet, no music and quick service. The food always came really quickly and it was always SO good. The pho and iced coffee is to die for and is my favorite place for any occasion!

Hands down the best pho I've had in Cleveland!The summer rolls were not only beautiful to look at, but extremely refreshing and tasty. And the peanut sauce they came with was just as good!I got the P7 bowl with the rare beef, brisket, and meatballs. The broth was so rich, I didn't even need to add hoisin sauce or sriracha. And they give a decent amount of meat. The topping bar was also unlimited which was really nice. The thai tea boba wasn't the best boba I've ever had, but they get a pass because they're a pho restaurant not a boba shop.And not to mention, the service was extremely friendly and quick! I've seen some reviews complaining about the price but I am shocked! I feel like most other places charge $15 or higher for a bowl and you don't even get full. Here, I was stuffed for $12! And $6 for summer rolls that are practically bursting, that's not bad at all.

I did like the restaurant, but I think the quality has gone down to the drain. Ordered spring roll as an appetizer, it came late after we were done with our meal. Other table got their rolls first. The rice noodle in the spring roll were rock solid. It appears to be raw.

I love this place. I come here all the time. Their broth is delicious, the service is quick and the prices are affordable. I 10000% recommend this place!
