Decent selection.A nice cozy place to sit back and smoke.Friendlier than some of the other lounges I been to. Cigar selection is a bit small, but does have a few gems for the picking.Haven't smoked on the patio due to weather being cold.

As always awesome relaxing. Ball games and keno love this place and the owners. Great people.

After a few more bad experiences with dried out cigars from here, I've had much better luck recently, and will continue to keep going back here unless I start having issues again.

Not sure if they have any fans. I m sure this place is great during summer, inventory is decent and the guy is super nice. They just need some kind of fan.

Great little cigar shop! Decent selection & a friendly group of smokers. It's a little on the small side, so in the colder months it can probably get a little crowded during busy times. I'll definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in town for work.

Great spot to relax with a cigar. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The employee there was also really nice and helpful. As a cigar novice, I appreciated his assistance in picking a cigar. He was informative and keen on finding something that worked with me - no judgment for limited knowledge, and he made sure to pick something out for me that was good value.

Visiting from out of town from NY Metro, needed a good smoke after a long day. Though a bit tricky to find, it is worth the the slightly added effort. Think of it this way, if your spouse says you cannot smoke those things in the house, you may take your smoke out to your decent sized tool shed in the backyard. Now, take that tool shed, and convert it to an upscale cabin, add a good sized humidor, add your man cave leather chairs and paraphernalia, then appoint with even more amenities and a Wooden Indian to watch over the place.Almost lost one star for rating due only to the GPS sending me behind the location.Want to find it more easily, Google the US Post Office location and you are spot on.Basically, comfortably perfect.

Wondeful place to smoke a cigar. Perfect ash has a decent selection of cigars. They have an indoor and outdoor seating section. Tonight was a gorgeous evening to smoke a cigar outside. Angie was very knowledgeable about cigars and very friendly to every customer that walked in. I will definitely go back and have a cigar on the outdoor patio!!

So I've obliviously driven by this place for years and wish I had been more observant years ago. I'm a semi-literate cigar aficionado who truly enjoys a cozy place for a cigar and this shop fits the bill perfectly. It is tucked way at the back of the parking lot right next to the huge pump station so if you are new to finding it, don't be fooled by how far back in the parking lot it is. Angie (the owner) is super helpful and their selection of brands is more than diverse enough that you should be able to find what you are looking for. There are 8 very comfortable leather chairs on the inside and plenty of great outdoor seating for the other 3 seasons in Cleveland. Do yourself a favor and visit here - especially if you are staying in one of the hotels on Rockside and you want a quiet place to relax. Sodas are available for a dollar as well as a Keurig machine if you need coffee.
