Price is to be desired but that's anywhere these days. They make your food right in front of you so you know what you're getting and it's all fresh. The fresh squeezed lemonade is hit or miss sometimes but overall ok place to grab and go

Literally - you get an A+ for the Fresh cut French fries. The sandwiches are also super awesome and the owner here is super hands on and it shows! The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly! Great options for vegetarians!

I ordered a sub with no onions and no banana peppers when I got there to pick it up there was not one person in the store or in the parking lot and they still got my order wrong and put the onions and banana peppers on the sandwich it's so frustrating paying over $10 for a sandwich and you can't even eat it. Do better please your job is not that hard.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Order took way too long and I ordered a club and a cheesesteak, got home and they made two clubs and no cheesesteaks. How hard can making subs be? I will not be returning to this location. How incredibly disappointing a whole kitchen full of staff and they still fail to make a correct order.

We had lunch here last week. I was disappointed. First off an employee was cleaning , mopping the floor, spraying Zep cleaning product on tables and chairs in the area us and others eating. I'm sure this is not allowed. As far as the food, less meat than other visits and now they no longer put French fries in a cup. Fries were laying on our open face sandwiches. Dumb dumb dumb. It will be a long time if ever we go back to Penn Station. To this day haven't been contacted by ownership.

Don't be fooled by mask comments bringing down their rating. I've been coming here for years and the manager and all employees are the best. They have the best most helpful attitude. Oh yeah the subs and fries are killer too.

I find it hilarious that the mask police are out trashing this place when you can literally sit at a table right next to the cash register and enjoy your meal without your mask. People can be so petty. I enjoyed my cheesesteak. Cooked fresh to order, they slightly toast the roll, which even in Philly has its haters and its fans. I like it. The toppings were fresh and they fries were good. I'll be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Very disappointed. This Penn Station is inconsistent. I order a large chicken teriyaki to go... what a waste of money. The chicken was hard, dry, and overcooked. It was so dry the chicken looked old/bad. I almost got sick eating the sandwich bc the chicken was so gross it reminded me chewing a big piece of hard fat. Not impressed at all and will never be back at this location it was THAT BAD. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here like I did.

We've been here a number of times, all of them since the beginning of the Covid-19 restrictions. The restaurant is very clean, the employees are wearing masks and following state regulations. The food is great. We've gotten the Philadelphia Cheesesteak every time, since it's so good, lol! I think we are up to 5 times now. Their fries are also not to be missed. They usually don't make it home. I highly recommend Penn Station, I'm impressed by their food, their employees, and their cleanliness and attention to local restrictions due to Covid-19.

Ordered pick up about a month ago. When I arrived and went inside there was a man in front of me without a mask. I asked him to put one on and he refused. I then asked a worker who stated he was the managing owner if he serves people without masks. He said yes and that the health department told him they didn't care either. I got my order and left, never to return. Just a really stupid move for a newly opened restaurant, opening during a pandemic, where restaurants who have been around many years are going out of business, to alienate a new customer. I'm glad I'm not his silent partner.
