Peking Chinese Restaurant

Ordered family meal which includes two entrees, choice of soup and appetizer. Service was friendly and efficient. Maybe 15 minutes (or less) wait. Drove 20 minutes home and everything was still piping hot. We enjoyed our meal. Was a great deal to feed 4 people at $30. We will definitely return!

Not much around our area in the Chinese takeout area. I found this place and took my daughter to try it out on evening. The prices are much lower than the other restaurants around which made me happy yet nervous. I was happy that the food was good. The pot stickers are doughy but that's how my daughter likes them. I really like the beef with snow peas. We all really enjoyed the lo mein and the fried rice was good. I was a little disappointed with the hot & sour soup. It seemed really salty. It was the end of the day but I ended up having to toss it because I couldn't handle the salt. Everything else has been up to par with your average Chinese takeout joint. I'll be ordering again this week and the true test will be the white rice. Seems simple but it can be either really good or gross. They do accept credit cards even though there is a sign that says cash only. Good for a long workday when you just want to get home to relax.

This place is very fast. There is no delivery; only pick up, but it's not far from me. The sesame chicken and crab Rangoon were a little bit too sweet for me. I like more savory food. But the pork fried rice and egg rolls were on point. I don't get Chinese food very often, but every once in awhile I'll get a craving for it. We will likely be ordering from here again.

So, I've been going to Peking for nearly 30 years. I even missed it when I moved out of state. It is my go to Chinese place. Fast forward to yesterday and we placed an order via Ubereats, I noticed the prices were slightly lower and there were far less options. I'm familiar with their food so I ordered anyways. Well, let's just list all of the problems. Portions are very, very small. Interesting since a previous pint was maybe 50 cents off the current price for more. I mean these containers are tiny. Steamed dumplings are half the size now and barely taste correct. Even the dipping sauce tasted funky. Fried rice was dry and the pork was old. Not to mention the portion size was a joke. The pork used in the pork and mushrooms was clearly table ham, it was completely different from the last time I got it. It tasted off/old. I've had this a lot from them and I know what it tastes like. Chicken was dry and the portion, again was a joke. Did the previous family quit? Are they letting someone new cook? Why was everything so tasteless and nasty? Why are the portions microscopic now with a very small price change. If this is how they are cooking food now and these portion sizes are sad I'm just not ordering from there anymore. This place used to have great food, now it's plain awful.

Not the best Chinese spot in the city. They use too much sesame oil in the orange chicken and general tsos. It's also not sweet enough. I probably won't be going backwards

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants! Don't get It much because it's not very close to where I live, but I'm never disappointed. I usually just get the general tso chicken. I always get my food to go and have never eaten inside but the dining area always looks very clean and sanitary. The workers are very nice, but usually the wait for the food is longer than I would like.

Food sometimes is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the white rice instead of fried, sometimes you get spicy chicken instead of sweet & sour chicken, and if the female owner is there then that's another story. One word... Rude.

Always excellent! The flavor and freshness of the food is always top notch! Very fast and portions are great.

Have been coming here since i was a little kid! The best Chinese food around! They are quick and friendly! Can't sit inside anymore is the only downfall.

Food was promptly ready on time for pickup. Transaction was easy and safe. Food was delicious with large portions. It was a little salty for my taste (I'm not a huge fan of salt) but I suppose you expect that with Chinese food. Will absolutely order again!
