Upon entering Patron Saint you immediately notice the beautiful architecture. The walls and ceiling could tell stories. Not having been there I ask a woman at the bar for assistance. Staff brought us menus and we ordered using the QR code on the table. You pay your bill and tip before getting your meal or you can choose to run a tab.We both ordered a meal and a coffee/coffee drink. Each item in our order was delivered to the table at a different time. My husband was finished with his meal before mine arrived at the table. My drip coffee came out quickly but the latte came out after we finished our meals. We had some questions about the menu. There was staff in and out of the dining room, but it seemed they were moving quickly and not checking on tables. The menu directs you to go to the bar for a refill of coffee if you would like. The food was good. Portions were on the smaller side. They had a wine sale and retail area. Overall it was an ok experience.

Came here after cycling at Harness Cycle and so glad I did!! You pick a seat and order via QR code. It was very user friendly and made it easy to split and order whatever you wanted! I ordered a pumpkin latte and these jammy eggs which were amazing! Dip the nice buttered bread into the eggs and it was so good. A friend and I spit the croissant which so buttery and flaky. Overall a great spot to come to, especially after cycling!

The place is amazing. The food is always exceptional and some seasonal options are always on the menu! Happy hour, wine nights, amazing service. I cannot say enough positive things. Ambiance is always pretty chill. I would definitely recommend the seasonal latte, broccoli sandwich, and carrots along with the croissant is my absolute favorite.

I went here for a post-work treat and had the most incredible olive oil cake while sitting at the bar! It was a snowy day and there were many people enjoying their evening here. It was busy, but not in an overwhelming way. It was nice to be around people in this cozy and welcoming environment. Their other menu items looked delicious - I look forward to coming back!

What a lovely ambiance, I wish there were more places with this vibe in Cleveland. I had an amazing brunch with my two friends, we ordered these small plates and shared. The coffee was delicious, the croissant with the pistachio and marmalade spread was quite unique, and I have no idea where they get their breads from but the bread was top notch. I do wish they offered more than one egg with the continental breakfast and more bread. It would have given the place a more generous yet still elegant vibe (nobody eats a single egg). I liked the idea of the farro salad, it had a lot of flavor but was lacking a citrusy lick. I would definitely go back! What a gem

Like the Room of Requirement, Patron Saint is whatever you need it to be, when you need it. Morning coffee and pastry? Check. Brunch with the girls? Check. Office for the day? Check. Post-work (or pre-work) drink? Check and check. The entrance is easy to miss, and parking around the area (Hingetown) is also hit or miss depending on the time of day. But it's almost always bustling in here, and for good reason. First come, first serve seating anywhere you like - from booths, tables, window counter, or bar. There are outlets located at the bar and counter, if you intend to make this your camp for the day. None of the chairs are particularly comfy but the atmosphere is so charming that it's easy to forget. One of the waitstaff will magically appear and drop off a QR code, menu, and bottle of water in short order. I'm a fan of the virtual order and pay system, which allows everyone in a group to pay their tab separately without the nonsense of calculating off a shared receipt. But this can be confusing to those who haven't used it before. This also is preferable for me as someone who prefers to avoid situations where waiters ask how everything is when I've just started chewing my food, but others may be put off by the "lack of attentiveness". I've only had pleasant interactions with the staff! Okay, so the drinks: mostly positive, with a few acquired tastes. Think lots of citrus, greens, and bread. Even many of the specialty coffee and cocktail drinks have some form of citrus. I'm a fan of the regular coffee drinks and cocktails, but have not bought into the orange and coffee combination yet. Some of the food and pastry items do run out, and things rotate seasonally. Olive Oil Cake is ultimate comfort food. From the savory menu - things are on the pricier side. The Greens + Beans are delightful, Eggs in Purgatory is like a mini shakshuka, and salads are oh-so-fresh. There's only one single occupancy restroom, but it's conveniently located next to a small wares section where you can admire some of the most tastefully curated collection (visually at least) of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Other giftables include Patron Saint merch, greeting cards, and specialty spices and candles.

My favorite place to get work done in cleveland! Relaxing ambiance with ample seating, I love coming during the day and grabbing a caffeinated drink and a bite. They have a creative coffee menu with delicious all day bites. The eggs purgatory was amazing with a cheesy crusted bread, 10/10 would recommend. The best part is you can treat yourself to a spritz after finishing your work! They have contactless ordering system and the staff are super efficient and attentive, clearing away dishes shortly after they are done. Love the vibes

Came for dinner, but probably better during the daylight hours. This space was beautifully converted from a 'tile showroom' to this quaint Italian style restaurant/cafe. The archways and high ceilings combined with the overall design give the traditional space a modern flair. They share the space with a cycle spin class on the other side of the building and a yoga studio. upstairs. They have a restroom available. Being on a ground floor makes for easy access for baby strollers to get through. There is only street parking available. No reservations accepted. It is walk-in only. Not sure if there is wifi, but someone was working on his laptop when we arrived. A server came by to notify us to scan the bar code and place an order on the app. She mentioned an apertivo menu that has a few small plates and drink specials. You also pay for the meal & tip via app. So, there is little interaction with the server. The app may be good for efficiency on a busy night, but it can be a bit awkward not having an actual server come by to explain the menu or answer any questions throughout dinner. We got up a few times to ask questions and request extra silverware. We tried all vegetarian options for dinner - including the roasted squash (good, but the lentils were bland and needed some seasoning), broccoli melt (surprisingly good - the sauce makes the sandwich), and chickpea piadina (good; sorta like a spanakopita, but made with pita bread and could have fresh mint?). The olive oil cake is phenomenal! That is a must order! The apertivo menu only has one vegetarian option, which is black pepper chips & a basic ricotta dip. So, we opted not to get that. Overall, decent food but could use a few enhancements. Serving sizes are on the smaller side. We ordered 2 broccoli melts between three people combined with the other items for dinner. Perhaps we could have gotten one more item to walk out stuffed. I prefer paper menus and more interaction with servers. The app was a little confusing to see if our order was placed and keeping track of what we ordered. Seated on the opposite side of the bar area, we felt a bit separated from serving staff and we weren't checked on as often as we normally would at other restaurants (especially considering it was a slow evening). I'd like to come back and try this place for a more casual breakfast/lunch experience. Definitely need to come back for another slice of the olive oil cake and try one of the lattes.
