A cozy and casual little bar in cedar fairmount. They have a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. I've only been here once but seems like they change the cocktail menu up seasonally. A little bit overpriced for some of the cocktails but a solid spot to grab drinks. They don't serve food but I've heard you can have food delivered or makes for a great spot to grab drinks while waiting for a table at any of the nearby restaurants.

Parnell's is a perfect neighborhood bar, and a staple of the cedar Fairmont area. While they don't have food, you can order food from nearby restaurants and have it delivered. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, and I always enjoy trying a new cocktail when I'm there. The staff are highly knowledgeable and haven't let me astray yet. The place isn't too fancy, and has great ambience.

Loved Parnell's Pub as a chill hangout spot on a Friday evening! It's your classic pub spot, with incredible drinks and dark lighting. While they have an incredible selection of beers, we loved their cocktails. My personal favorite was the 20s martini and would easily chose it over the Manhattan. Get it fired up for a nice hint of smokiness with each sip :)

Loud but not rowdy. Nice staff and a real Irishman can be found behind the bar sometimes too. They do have some cocktails which is nice in addition to a large selection of whiskeys and beer etc. Parking in lot behind bar is metered.

Located at the heart of Cedar and Lee, right next to the Theatre, Parnell's Pub is one of the best places on the eastside to grab a pint and watch a soccer game (or a proper football match if you prefer). Just be warned: THEY DO NOT SERVE FOOD. You can bring outside snacks and they have partnered with a local restaurant called Nighttown, which is a 1-minute walk across Lenox road, to deliver food to the pub. Much like the Playhouse Parnell's the Cleveland Heights location is a post-modern Irish pub with retro lights and a Gothic vibe. The whiskey list is extensive, the beer list has something for everyone (even a craft beer snob like me) and the service is ALWAYS on point. The two times I have been both bartenders were friendly and attentive without being pushy or annoying, which can be a balancing act. It is also very refreshing to consistently have sports on TVs and not the food network or some random infomercial like many other 'sports bars' do nowadays. What's even better about Parnell's specifically is they feature soccer and don't give you some judgmental look when you ask them to put it on. They even know what channel a station like 'Fox' or 'ESPN' is without asking me like I know. If I sound irritated by other sports bars' lack of sports focus and knowledge... I am! (LOL). Give me a dimly lit pub with no food, good beer, great staff and sports ANYDAY over a loud, TV filled, chain-restaurant with up-selling servers that just want me to buy, pay and leave as quickly as possible. Parnell's is a local gem, and may not be for everybody, but it is definitely my style.

We popped in here for a "quick one" before going to a movie at the Cedar Lee.This is my kind of place: A no-nonsense drinking bar. Dark, somewhat worn, this is a place for serious drinking. Nobody is fiddling with their phones and updating their facebook page to brag about being here.If you want to listen to throw-away top 40 music while sipping your skinny-girl margarita, then go to Houlihan's and stay away from this place!

This is our favorite, "go to" neighborhood pub. They might even know our names! It's a true Irish pub with a true, Irish owner. All bartenders make the best mixed drinks, and their Old Fashioned and Manhattan cocktails are our favorites. Great whiskey and bourbon selection!

We visited Parnell's Irish Pub in the Cedar-Fairmount area. Any establishment that bills itself as an "Irish Pub" (or any kind of pub for that matter) should have a kitchen and offer food - not just the suggestion to order take-out form a local restaurant. This is just a bar to have a drink. They do have Irish brands on tap, but it is just a bar.
