Parker's Grille & Tavern

After having reservations for over 2 weeks, they tried placing us at a table by the front door where you could feel the draft of incoming patrons. We could not be seated at any other desirable tables since they were "reserved". This is ridiculous. Prime rib was tender, but lacked flavor.

Excellent! My husband and I went here tonight because we saw a review on TikTok. The atmosphere is very nice. Busy and elegant but casual. There is bar seating and an event space available. Beautiful dining area. There is a patio during the summer as well. For appetizers we Ordered the calamari with onions. We are used to a crunchier calamari but the taste was delicious and the sauce was great! We both ordered the prime rib special ($32 on Fri and sat nights) this came with our wedge salad (yum! Homemade ranch too!) prime rib (the best we've ever had) smashed red potatoes (so good) and desert too! We chose the peach bourbon bread pudding with ice cream and chocolate cake (the waitress did tell us they were out of their usual chocolate cake. The replacement chocolate cake was good but that peach bread pudding was insanely delicious! Service was prompt and very friendly. Our waitress was Christie and she was great!! We will definitely be back soon!

Food and service is great at Parkers! The menu has something for everyone and every pocketbook. Great apps, drinks and a varied list of entrees from salads to steaks and crab cakes to chops! Always a nice ambiance and festive/relaxed vibe. The bar is really nice and when weather is good try eating out on the patio! This place draws a nice crowd and the staff is terrific. Would highly recommend for casual dining experience or a special celebration.

We were passing through this area and stopped here for a bite to eat. The menu selection was great. Plenty of options to choose from. Service was good and food was delicious. The only reason this gets a four, not five star rating is because it was Sunday when we visited. AFTER having two glasses of wine while I was there I heard a server tell another table that bottles of wine under $60 are half-price on Sundays. Had I known that I would've ordered a bottle which would've been cheaper and I probably could've had it sealed and taken it home or my husband could have drank the wine also and saved us $15 in the 2 beers he ordered. Not a dealbreaker, but I will definitely ask what the specials are if we go here again. We got the Murica bowl and the California chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty.

Food is hit or miss. The first time we came we got steak, it was great and so was the waiter. The second time we came, we ordered the cheese platter and it came out moldy. I sent the board back after pointing out the mold. No apology, no offer for anything else. The terrible dining experience continues when my husbands dinner comes out and mine doesn't. Waitress doesn't check on us for so long that I end up cancelling my dinner order. Husbands shrimp on his pasta smells bad. I don't know how they are passing their food inspection but it's gross. What made it even worse it the waitress didn't have the manager address it at all and forgot to remove from our bill. Manager never comes over to apologize. Worst service and food ever the second time around. But bad enough that never going here again.

16 of us decided to go to Old School for pizza and such, Sunday 1/19. As we all met there at 4, we noticed a sign on the door their pizza oven was not working. With no notice at all, we descended on Parker's just as they opened. Aware they are the same owner, we knew from past dining experiences there, it would be good. Ashley was our amazing and over patient server. I had the blackened grouper Reuben with Mac/cheese as a side. LOVED IT.Others on my end had the pork tenderloin, classic Reuben, blackened grouper dinner, two burgers. People kept raving about the fries! All in all great food, exemplary service, very accommodating with 16 people walking in at once. Price points, very good for the portions and quality of meals served.

I made a reservation for a group of 6 for a Friday at 5pm. I called 3 days in advance to make sure they'd have the space. It was for a casual dinner with colleagues after our shift. The person who answered the phone was polite and said it would be no issue and took down my name. When the group got there on that day, they couldn't find the reservation. They asked if it could be under "Mary Ann." I said my name is Lauren so may be they misunderstood my name when I made the reservation as it was for the same amount of people. They said no it was for a different person. They sat our group and said we'd need to be finished, paid, and out of there by 6pm. I thought that was a little rude for someone who made a reservation but didn't see it as a huge problem. While I was sitting at the table, I get a call from the restaurant asking if "Maria" will be in for the reservation. I politely found the hostess and let her know that I got the call and that was my reservation. I was thinking we wouldn't be rushed at that point but I was wrong. The waitress reminded us twice that we needed to be out by 6pm. Overall, the food was okay. We typically get drinks, appetizers, meals, and a dessert but, although the waitress asked, we didn't feel like we were able to order anything more than our meals. That experience rubbed me from wrong way and we wont be returning.

Our family didn't want to deal with cooking and dishes, so we made a reservation for 10 this Christmas Eve. Our table was ready and we were seated promptly. The atmosphere was amazing and the decor was beautiful and tasteful. Our server Christian was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious!! We are going to make this place our new holiday tradition.

Absolutely terrible service. We were seated at 7 pm. By 7:15 pm, nobody had come to our table, so we asked a passing employee to send someone our way. By 7:20 pm, we still hadn't seen anyone, so we left. They appeared to be well staffed, with three hostesses, six servers, and bar staff, so I'm not sure what happened, but it's unacceptable. Please do better, Parker's.
