The food and service is fantastic. Paradiso Tacos 10/10 always get the tostones! a great place to stop before a movie! Lots of tvs if sports are in and plenty of mirrors left over from the strip club

Been goin here for years. I'm a regular lol! Great vibe, fast service good food. Fridays are the best because they have karaoke which I enjoy.

The food is tasty enough. We ordered fajitas, and their portions were fantastic, but their bar was absolutely rocking, and it was a Thursday evening! The waitstaff was very pleasant, and the restaurant was clean.

Met some friends here for dinner, during the middle of last week. This spot is kind of in the middle of an industrial area off I-77 and I-480 but was easy to find. The free-standing restaurant is quite large and has multiple dining spaces including an area that could be reserved for a large party.Our server was quite pleasant and attentive...we were in no hurry and she allowed us plenty of time to linger, eat and drink. We ordered a round of beers and placed an appetizer order to share. We then later ordered our main dishes.The three of us split an order of queso fundido which came with a warmed packet of tortillas, and our server also brought a complimentary basket of warm chips and salsa to the table. Unfortunately, the dip was less than impressive...the cheese was super-thin and the ground chorizo hardly packed a punch, leaving a bite that had very little flavor overall.For dinner, one of my dining partners and I decided we'd get two dishes and split them. We went with the mofunguitos (one shrimp and one chicken) and then a carnitas dinner.The mofunguitos were the star of the meal...small plantain "cups" filled with the aforementioned proteins, guacamole, cheese dip and pico. The shrimp version only had two shrimp in it (pretty skimpy, IMO) but the chicken version was a bit more packed and that version's flavor was actually the better of the two.The carnitas dinner plate was quite large, brimming with a generous portion of tender pork chunks served with grilled onions, then accompanied by portions of black beans, Mexican rice, lettuce and pico. It would have been nice if this dish came with warmed tortillas (to make little tacos or burritos with), as it was it was a bit difficult to get a "bite of everything" on one fork-full. The pork was very melt in your mouth but the onions were a bit underdone.I would put this meal in the decent category, but not really something I'll be rushing back to try again.

Husband and I live in Mentor and were invited to come along for what we thought would be a great couples date. Atmosphere and Fri night Karaoke was lots of fun with included line dancing. I even sang MJ "Dirty Diana" and I'm nervous amongst strangers.Everything else from service, to food, to attitudes were all like gum on the bottom new pair of !Understaffed, took almost 45min to seat a table of 4 (ridiculous idiots we were for waiting). Salsa was watery and lacked flavor, queso was not creamy (more of thin butter cream sauce with cheese). They didn't allow it to thicken and simmer idk.We tasted didn't eat it, sent it back and I just had water w/ lemon and hubby had 1coke. Waitress removed our silverware since we weren't dining and LITERALLY gave it to the table directly across from us, as they asked for silverware several times but didn't receive any. They were also perplexed. Also, removed our menus and gave to table as well. Server did not offer to have the manager come by just to ease our frustrations. To top it off.. even though my husband and I just had water w/ lemon and 1coke, our dbl date had a pitcher of frozen spirit drink where they pre-paid at the bar (we are non drinkers so we didnt try their cocktail ... They sent back their Molcajete (as u can see still full) they said rice was hard, and like you said, under a heat lamp and were cold.AND WE WERE STILL CHARGED 20% gratuity for a table of 4 w/ just beverages!My hubby and I just paid the gratuity for the whole table and left. Not worth our tongue management time. We use it for morse sensible conversations. Needless to say we drove 45 minutes There in 45 minutes back just to ended up at Applebee's since everything else was closed. The server there was very accommodating, and she received a well earned nice gratuity.I don't know if it was just a bad night coming from the release of masks, but it was a disaster I would not recommend. Often times we may have bad experiences and we're willing to give them another try, but this was definitely a one and done!Full pot of food, beverages depleted!

Service was good, restaurant was empty in a Sunday afternoon. We had Tacos my husband had Traditional Mexican and I had the Palaserio Carnitas Tacos, both very good.

I was surprised that there was not a lot of people here for a Friday night 6:30 (Memorial Day Weekend). I saw this restaurant on Yelp and it looked awesome. The food lived up to the hype. I was not pleased for their choice of music so I would not bring young children here. That is what kept me from giving this place 5 stars.

My margarita was absolutely delicious!Actually, both of them.I'm sorry I had already eaten dinner. Everything looked very good and was really being enjoyed by the other guests.I will be back soon.

Great people, fun atmosphere. One of the best and authentic Mexican restaurants I've been to in a very long time.

Yummy! So good!! We went on a Friday night and there was karaoke. We got a burrito, fish tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. Food was on point!
