Paradise Bay Water Front Bar Grille

Writing this review hurts my heart a little bit, because I organized a large group of people to come here after a memorial for my dad. But he sure would have loved our lunch here if he had been physically present for it. It had all the things he liked: the option to eat inside or outside but under a covered roof, an easy-going and friendly atmosphere, and space for his favorite people. I planned this event from another state and sleuthed many dining options for 15 or so people. When I called the restaurant and explained our situation--we wouldn't know exactly what time we'd be arriving or exactly how many people we'd be--I received such reassurance that they'd be happy to have our business and that we'd be taken care of. And we sure were! Even though there was a biker event also going on and more people than I expected dining, our service was friendly and responsive. I was so surprised at how wide of variety the menu was! It was also really pretty to look at Lake Roaming Rock from the back patio. Most of us attendees live 1-2 hours from this restaurant, so none of us had ever been. Afterward we posted photos on social media, a distant friend shared a memory of them and my dad competing in a canoe race across Lake Roaming Rock in the 1970s. That just felt like Kismet. Paradise Bay, thank you for providing a great place to create more happy memories.

We live in the neighborhood and come here quite often, the ambiance is very laid back!Reminds me of some of my favorite spots in the Florida keys!Where bikers mingle with yacht owners, wait staff is friendly and the chef doesn't hide in the kitchen!And that's the true mark of a great chef, he loves to cook for people and has a passion for food and wants to please everyone!His food is awesome!

Food was good! Not too expensive and better than your average bar food. Service was excellent, very friendly waitress who helped us and told us what happened during the weekOnly bad thing is be careful of that parking lot! It's a bit tricky with the odd shape and decorative fencing.

Loved our experience here today! Cricket gave us great service along with her trainer. Great food and even greater view!

We've been here before and had good service and food. However, the reopening of the restaurant needs work. Good news is we were seated in 5 minutes; not busy. That was as good as it got. From the time the waitress stopped by to ask about drinks until our order (salad and patty melt) showed up it was 1 hour and 20 minutes. The table that sat down 20 minutes after us were finishing when our food arrived. We took the food to go because we needed to get home; however, found that the patty melt had no onions and was raw. When we called the manager to share the experience no apology, just a "we're busy" , "F U" and a hang up. Not what we were looking for on our first night out after isolation. Hope they get it figured out and return to what theey used to be.

Was out in the area and had to stop in to try this. It has a island bar feel but right on a river/lake. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and it was very goo I got a order of wings with a side of cajun seasoning and it was delicious. Will be back when I get a chance.

The place used to be better years ago, but is rather disappointing now.Pizzas used to be great, but have become just average over the last couple years. They dropped their entree menu items that they had before COVID (like the steak) so now it's pretty much a place that offers average-at-best bar food, and a few salads.I wish they'd go back to what they were like a few years ago.

Extremely shitty food, inexperienced cooks, extremely overpriced for the portions and even if the portions are good the food is still bad. The ambiance of the place is alright but it isn't well taken care of nor is the food enjoyable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR BAR OR RESTURANT

Over priced!! Owner sits complaining about people who come. Very little toppings on pizza. Very thin pressed out burgers.
