I was abundantly satisfied with my first experience with Panda Wok. I picked up an order to go. I called ahead to check the price and was a little off-put by the price of a hand roll, but it was still cheaper than other places so I decided to get them there. (I am spicy tuna hand roll connoisseur). Their wait time that I was told was accurate. My hand rolls were incredible. The sushi was generously portioned and tasted fresh. The spicy mayo was on point, some spicy mayos are gross and that's always so disappointing. They were really busy but were great about keeping track of everyone's orders and super, super polite. Thank you!

The dish was delivered hot and as ordered. It was good, but I would have liked more flavor and a little spice to push it to a four.

Have been to Panda Wok a few times. Each time I went, I was not impressed. Got the Szechuan Chicken tonight that did not have much flavor and was pretty dry. Positive here is that the large size was enough for two meals. Service was friendly and food was done pretty quickly. I would not recommend going here.

Was craving some Asian food during this whole COVID-19 lockdown!I ordered the Generals Tso's with a medium heat and it was very good. Definitely going to try the spicy one next time! The pork fried rice and dumplings were tasty. I was not a fan of the egg roll! Not sure I got a bad batch but they weren't anything special.

Just moved to the area and I think I found my spot! The menu said that the General Tao Chicken was the best so I rolled with it. Some of the best I ever had! Came with an egg roll and fried rice. I shit you not when I say it will be enough for at least 2 meals for me and I'm a big fella! Ordered online. Which was easy. The timing wasn't accurate, though, thus the 4 stars (the food was 5 stars). I went in about 8 minutes before the time it said my food would be ready. My food was ready. Not sure for how long it was ready? I sat in my car for about 10 minutes perhaps for no reason. Might suggest a tweak to that process. Will be back!

Had the Pad Thai medium spicy and a pork egg roll. Egg roll was delicious. Pad Thai sauce had more spices and vegetables in it than most places usually have, but it was good flavor, good portion. I would eat here again.

Very bad customer service, they forgot my fried rice . They didn't believe me so apparently they checked the cameras and then verified it was forgotten quite odd, ... if I'm paying 13$ plus for pepper steak dinner it's a bit of a waste of money if u don't get your full meal, only options I was given was too drive all the way back or get credited on my next order.... Next order I asked for the extra fried rice they forgot last time.... still didn't get it with my order at this point I'm done they are not very friendly.

Tasty Chinese. My go to for quick carry out. Reasonable prices & friendly employees. I don't believe they have a dining room since Covid.

This place has gone downhill. Every single crab rangoon I had was an empty shell and overly fried. There was absolutely nothing inside of any of them. It's really sad that I paid nearly $8 for flavorless fried bread. The rest of the food was subpar.

For your own health and safety, do not eat here!!! I ordered two boba teas, mushu pork, teriyaki chicken, and nigiri shrimp, egg, and salmon roe. When I got home, the sushi wasn't on rice but on a bed of seaweed salad that leaked everywhere in my car. The tamago egg was still frozen, and crumbly. The shrimp were tough. And the salmon roe came on squishy cucumber cups and was cloudy, sticky, and spoiled. I called in about the sushi and they offered a replacement. I was already frustrated bc I had an hour and a half to do my son's homework with him, feed him, clean him, and make sure he got quality time with me and instead I wasted 45 min of that going back for new sushi. They gave me half of what I ordered and insisted that's how it was when it came with rice. The tamago was somehow now leathery and cracked, and the rest was just as bad as the first time. But it gets worse!! I should have checked our other food before leaving the house. The mushu pork had almost no pork, just a bunch of sauteed cabbage, and the pancakes were hard and leathery tortillas. The boba tea was watery and tasted like nothing. The teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce, and was dry as a bone, like it had been deep fried, sat an hour in the basket, and then fried again. We paid about $45 for a meal we didn't get to even eat. I requested a refund and was told the manger would call me. I sought a refund through chow now, where I online ordered, and they refused it twice. After two days of dodging me, I finally got them on the phone and they tried to tell me that I couldn't get a refund bc it had been two days, even though they were the ones dragging it out and dodging me! Finally I get a notification that they refunded me. I was ready to let this rest, maybe they'd decided to do the right thing. Nope, they refunded me $13 of $45, which is down right insulting. If this is how they treat one customer, what are they willing to do to others?
