This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently good and the service is always outstanding. I enjoy sitting at the bar and the bartender, Mary, knows my and my wife's names and our usual order. I've had lots of good meals here but I recommend the Monterrey Chicken Quesadilla with a Pomegranate Margarita the most. I also love the pineapple chicken enchiladas and the burger. This is not Mexican food - it is southwestern, so don't expect the typical Mexican food. However, I think their queso is the absolute best I've ever had - do not miss this one! Their jalapeño cream sauce is unique and their chips and salsa are exceptional. They recently redid their bar and some of the interior. Definitely check this out.

This place is always busy with a usual wait, the serivce is just ok and the prices are a bit high. It has a stale water smell and the place is not very clean. If you can get past all that, the food is good. Have had a few different entrées and everything was very good.

This use to be served at the hospital I work at and it was soooo killer. We would literally all go crazy for it. So when they stopped serving it I decided to go to the actual restaurant and see how it compared. Sadly it didn't hit the same. But the jalapeño cream sauce is still elite! I could drink that sauce!

I went here nearly four years again and I said I'd never be back. Well I went back tonight to try the tamales. I'm glad I came back, because they were good. Kind of small portions, but good. My wife has the small taco salad and said it was good as well. The server was nice, not overly attentive, but we've had worse. The chips and salsa situation leaves a lot to be desired. They bring them out in bowls that are just simply too small and you have to ask constantly for more. Idk, there's just something about this place that doesn't click for me. The place is always packed for some reason. I'm not sure why because there are so many more authentic places to eat. And they all have better chip situations to boot. I'll come back someday, but it'll be awhile.

We went here for the sopapillas and oh man were we THRILLED by what we got. Most "sopapillas" in this area are chips dusted in cinnamon sugar, nothing close to NM style. Not to mentions the portions are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back here.

They really ruined it. Remodeling the lounge was a bad idea. Lounges are supposed to be intimate and cozy. They took out the booths and decided they wanted to make it "bright". Took away all the atmosphere. So now we are stuck sitting in the dining room that has no ambience and you have to yell to be heard over the clanking and banging in the kitchen. They also did away with the nice glasses. I do not like drinking a margarita from a water glass. Used to go there once a week. Probably won't go back again.
