Cute little restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls. By the entrance is a small bar and dining area is off to the left. Festive decor and tables. Intimately light at dinner time, the place has a friendly vibe as did our server, who appeared just the right amount of times. The food was delicious. They brought chips and fresh salsa gratis to each table - not always available these days at Tex Mex/Mexican restaurants. I loved the Pollo con Crema - what a delicious sauce and tender chicken. Friends had fajitas and taco salad. All dishes were nicely plated and tasty. I'd definitely eat there again.

I wanted to start off saying that the staff was very friendly, and the place is clean. As for the food, it's Mexican in name only. It's closer to Tex-Mex food. Monterey-Jack cheese isn't Mexican, and the rice and beans could use more flavor. It's ok for American style Mexican. The portions seemed small for the price as well.

Stopped in at Pancho & Lefty's for a quick dinner after stopping at Fawn & Fancy for the Yelp Elite Event. P&L is located in a free standing building on Kent Road just West of Darrow Road in Stow. Parking is in the back and side with a patio and the entrance in the front.Once you get inside there is a small bar and a medium sized dining room, in which the tables have been spread apart and plexiglass partitions have been added. The room is dim and the decor features some pops of brighter colors, overall relaxed and nice. The menu is extensive and takes a bit of a different approach then many Mexican restaurants, I ordered one of my favorites the Chile Rellenos dinner. Service was good. The chips and salsa were average at best, with the chips cold and over seasoned, the salsa was a bit bland and could have used a hit of heat to wake it up. The rellenos dinner came out with everything covered by cheese. The peppers were underwhelming, with too much batter and not enough cheese in the middle and no spice at all. The refried beans and rice were good . Overall a decent meal, but nothing memorable or craveable.Pancho & Lefty's seems like a cool place, always like to support independent restaurants. The set up is nice and they seem to take their own approach to the food. Unfortunately for my tastes the food was just decent, I wish they would be a little more daring and flavorful. Of course your results may vary.

This was great! This is firmly on the Tex Mex side of the things, and the menu is different from what you'd expect from a typical Mexican joint. For example, there are a lot of appetizers on the menu, burgers, and wraps in addition to the fare you'd expect. My boyfriend had one of the combo platters with rice, beans, a burrito, an enchilada, and a tamale. All were tasty. My meal, though, was even better. I had the pollo con crema. It was a mountain of chicken with grilled vegetables in a creamy sauce. We also enjoyed the seasoned chips and queso dip to start. Normally I find white cheese dip bland, but I appreciated the addition of green chilies here. We shared a pitcher of pomegranate margaritas, and I appreciated that they didn't taste overly sweet with artificial mix. All-in-all, I will definitely return to Pancho & Lefty's to try some of their other dishes.

I wasn't crazy about this place. Tasted kind of bland. Felt like the tacos needed an extra something. I got the grilled / blackened white fish tacos which is kind of spicy and dry tasting. Apparently the fries beans have milk in them so they gave me black beans. Rice and chips tasted good, although my sister didn't care for the chips. The atmosphere is a little off since it's such a small place, the bar is small, the tables are small, I don't think they had any music playing or outdoor seating. I could probably live without this place. Also my sister was telling me this isn't a mexican owned business, I'm not quite sure, but gives me mixed feelings.

I moved to Cleveland area two years ago from Las Vegas and have been searching for good Mexican food. Finally found it at Pancho and Leftys. I got the street tacos and they were so damn good. My husband loved his enchiladas. Margaritas delicious. We're about a 30 minute drive from this place and will gladly make the drive. Came in on a Friday night and it was super busy but we got seated quickly and service was attentive.
