This is the best food in Cleveland and if you aren't going, you're missing out. First, Rosie, the owner, is so passionate and kind and amazing. She works so hard and enhances your meal by explaining how special the recipes are. The drinks are out of this world - the hibiscus margarita is perfectly balanced, it's just sweet enough, and my wife said the Lavender Lady was amazing. The food is expertly crafted, unique and delicious. It's not an ingredient bomb - it's perfectly balanced and just the right balance. The Huevos are insane, and the steak chimichurri flatbread is an all timer dish. Best of all - the portions are huge and it doesn't feel like tapas. I can't believe a meal of this quality was well under $100. We can't wait to come back.

Where to begin. The food is spectacular. The food is SO fresh, authentic, yet has a culinary flair! We have not had a better meal in Ohio! The service and hospitality was second to none! The minute we sat down, we were made to feel like family! Rosaria was so kind and hospitable! You can tell that she poured her heart and soul into making such a wonderful place that people can come and experience great food, hospitality, and culture. As Argentines, she could have been our Tía (Aunt). Do yourself a favor, and check this place out! No matter what you order, you won't be disappointed! We are looking forward to visiting again soon, and we are happy to travel from Akron just to come to Pachamama and visit Rosaria again!

I can't rave about this place enough! I dined here with a friend and we both loved it! It's extremely small and intimate in the best of ways! The food was delicious and so incredibly fresh. And the service was excellent. We chatted with several people who worked there and everyone was friendly and very informative about the menu and restaurant.

It has excellent space and lots of mocktail options. Perfect for date night or last stop! The server was attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging. What made the evening was meeting the owner, who was charming and inviting. I'm definitely returning to try the food!Side note: don't order the ginger beer, you'll get charged $8!

Feels like going to your eclectic uncle's house for dinner, if he also had a fully stocked bar and played lively Latin music. It's a quaint little dining room with seating for parties from 2 to 8, but they are so gracious that they will probably try to accommodate whatever they can. Two coveted spots are the window nooks, but can also be colder during winter. We tried making a reservation in advance through the Google Assistant but 1) there were seats available and 2) unclear if they actually got the request. Kids are definitely welcome although the menu may not be very child-friendly. Regular menu is listed on the chalkboards above the wall, and seasonal specials and drinks are on smaller chalkboard stands that are moved from table to table. As some have mentioned, service is gracious but somewhat chaotic since there seems to be only one front of house staff. Our host/waiter/bartender was kept busy enough that some tables were left unbussed as new guests arrived, but it kind of adds to the eclectic dinner party ambience. The chef came out afterwards and greeted the guests which was a nice touch, and said that the menu will continue to evolve over time. The menu is heavily Spanish tapas, and thus mainly (delicious) variations of meat+carbs, but there are a few vegetarian dishes. It did take a while for our items to come out of the kitchen, and we looked wistfully at a table that arrived after us that somehow got their food before us. For two people, I'd recommend getting 3-4 dishes depending on how full you are and if you're getting drinks or not. The combinations and flavors are delightful. We loved the Chori Pan and Lamb Lollipops (even I, someone who isn't typically isn't fond of lamb). The sesame chili glaze is truly worthy of finger-licking. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the Steak Chimichurri Flatbread which was a little too salty. Will certainly be dragging my friends here to enjoy some drinks and tapas again soon.

I really like this place. I first stopped in with coworkers for happy hour on a Wednesday evening and was told that we should come back on a Thursday for ladies night (happy hour all night long). And so I did. Will, took very good care of us from recommendations, stories of the business and just checking in to see how life was treating us. After eating and drinking almost everything on the menu between my two visits, my favorites are the hibiscus margarita and the steak flatbread. But really everything is delicious.

I came across Pachamama on Instagram, looked at their page and decided I had to try it out. The pictures online were great, but they barely do this place justice. I truly had a 5 star meal in the most unexpecting place. In a single standing building on Madison Ave. stands Pachamama Kitchen and Garden, a Spanish style tapas restaurant. The inside is super quaint, only holding maybe 12 or so tables. My dad and I were immediately greeted by Will, who would be our server and bartender. This place really feels like a labor of love, operated by two partners who have a love for cooking and fusing together their cultural cuisines. The decor is simple, clean, and cozy and there was great Samba music quietly playing.I started with the hibiscus margarita, which was only $8 during happy hour. Although it was a little sweeter than I would have liked, the drink was tasty and refreshing.. The menu is on chalk boards above the bar. I pulled it up on my phone and was handed the specials, also on mini chalkboards. The menu isn't big. There's maybe 10 or so items on it, but everything we tried was excellent. Everything is made for sharing, so my dad and I got 3 tapas, which I thought wouldn't be enough initially, but it certainly was. We tried the prosciutto deviled eggs, choripan sliders, and the steak chimichurri flatbread. The bread on the sliders was toasted but soft and the lemon basil aoili was absolutely delicious. The steak chimichurri was delightful. It comes with a ton of pomme frites on top of the flatbread, which were perfectly fried, well seasoned, and are a dish on their own. The chimichurri sauce was fresh and light and the steak was just right for this flatbread. It was cut super thin and cooked so soft that you could easily take a bite of the whole flatbread without having to stop and chew steak. The unexpected star of the meal was definitely the apple, dulce de leche cheesecake we had for dessert. Will was so kind as to tell us a little bit about how the dulce de leche is made (8) hours and I can definitely say that the chef really put his foot into that sauce! It was creamy, yet thick and mixed with an apple compote on top of a NY style baked cheesecake. We were stuffed, but couldn't put our forks down.Overall, it was a really great experience. This is the type of place I'd love to return to in a few months not only to try out more dishes, but to check out their specials. It seems like the chef has a great time coming up with new interesting dishes.

I absolutely love the small cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a date night! Our drinks were really good! And the queso was delicious! The best thing we had for sure !!!!The tartine was okay! And the steak flatbread was okay as well. We weren't blown away by these like we were with the queso.I'm never a big fan of tapas places because you pay an enormous amount of money and still leave hungry, which is what happened here. We had three dishes (and each had a drink) and spent over $70 and we had to stop somewhere else to continue eating! And also, we were finished eating for about 30 minutes and still weren't given our check. We finally had to approach the server and ask for it! Or we'd probably still be sitting there waiting to pay !!!!Would I come back again? Not necessarily. Maybe for a little snack/app/drink before going out to dinner!
