Pace Cafe is awesome! I visited on an early morning, around 7:30am, on 4 March 2025. I was warmly greeted by the 2 owners. Pace Cafe opened about 5 months ago, in Autumn 2024.I actually met one of the owners, Ameen Khadair in July 2023 at the Lakewood Arts Festival. He had a booth at the festival for his company, Socially Raw, which are organic cold-press juices. Those juices and juice shots are sold here at Pace Cafe. I met the other Pace Cafe owner this morning, Sabrina Quinones, who is a business partner with Ameen. Both are very warm and kind.JUICES -- I originally tried one of their cold press juices at the Lakewood Arts festival in summer 2023. Back then I got the Buster (orange, pineapple, lemon, and ginger). This morning, I bought the following juices:FORM -- 8oz cold-pressed organic juice (celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon) -- $6 // I took a risk and got this celery juice and it's definitely good for you but it's an acquired taste. It's a strong flavour but it is fresh. I'm not sure I'll be able to finish it but I'm glad I tried a different flavour than what I'm used to.SHOTS -- Energizer wellness shot ($5) -- I bought the energizer shot which includes beets, lemon, and ginger /// I always love ginger shots so this beet shot was a refreshing one. I loved it.TEAS -- They use the Weetee brand which is an organic tea. I tried their green tea which was good but I added some sugar when I got home. Normally, I add honey to my tea.FOOD -- They have many regular cafe options from breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, bagels, etc. This morning, I bought a breakfast sandwich with egg and Turkey bacon (without the cheese). There was only a sesame bagel available so I chose that one. I loved the breakfast sandwich especially since the bagels are made fresh in-house.Overall, Pace Cafe is a cafe with healthy food and drink options that is owned by two passionate business partners. I'll certainly be back.****GOAL of 365 reviews in 2025- 43/365 total reviews in 2025- 824 total Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 4 March 2025

I visited Pace again on President's Day and had a great experience. Since it's a scratch kitchen, most items are made to order, so there can be a longer wait, especially with only two workers that day. I didn't mind it much, it gave me time to relax. I'm sure as a newer cafe, staffing might still be a work in progress, but I saw they had a job posting online, so they're making an active effort.I got to try the gluten free bagel sandwich, and it was delicious. I skipped the cream cheese since it was extra, but I wish I hadn't because my friend loved their regular bagel sandwich with cream cheese! The latte was great, and the muffin was tasty, though a bit softer inside; probably just my preference. I appreciate that they prioritize organic ingredients. I think most items probably were organic (I saw the milk was), but I wasn't sure I saw the organic label on the shredded cheese packet, although I may have just missed it.The cafe had a warm, inviting atmosphere with neutral, earthy decor. I loved the design of the registration island and wall accents. A few more couches would make it even cozier, but overall, I appreciated the attention to detail. This place will definitely be in my rotation going forward!

I ordered pace cafe through Toast because they had a promo for a free breakfast sandwich. When I got there they said the promo was a mistake and asked if I wanted to buy one. I had to wait 10-15 minutes past my estimated delivery pickup time because of this and was in a hurry. Maybe even more alarming... I ordered a side of their apple and banana with cashew butter. It was an extremely small amount of fruit with an extremely small amount of cashew butter. There is no way it was a full banana or even half of an apple. $7 for this simply comical. I'm writing in hopes the owner contacts me to make this right because their food does taste good
