Overboard Bar & Grill

Such an awesome local bar! The service is always friendly, house made bar food and I love their perch sandwich! They feature talented local musicians that have always been great when I pop in. I especially love Kyle White! The only downside is they close the kitchen at 8pm which is kind of early.

Interesting place, great reasonably priced "local" bar in an area filled with restaurant/bars catering to the seasonal crowd.Friendly people with good food. Ordering from a slip of paper instead of a server and having it brought to the table in a paper bag is unique Burgers were good, wife had a blackened chicken sandwich, it was a breast not a breaded patty, she thought it was very good.Flip flops, shorts and a t-shirt, you're good to go leave the fancy clothes at home, fun place I'll visit again next time I'm in the area.

I'm here very frequently, so I may be a bit biased.The burgers and fries here are reminiscent of the first time you ever tried Five Guys, in all the best ways.Nobody at this bar is looking for a bad time, you're surrounded by island vibes and you'll feel like you're having a cheeseburger in paradise.Also, the staff are all incredibly helpful including the owner - he's about 7ft tall 250lbs, you can't miss his smiling face.I recommend the onion rings and the Awesome Sauce. Don't skip it!

Visiting a friend's cottage in the area and stopped here to get out of the rain. Great color scheme inside makes you feel like you're in the Keys. Nice outdoor patio area. Food is great as well. Our group of 11 people sampled pretty much everything from the menu including burgers, pizza, buffalo, BBQ, and garlic parm wings, seafood mac & cheese, onion rings and french fry baskets and fried pickle chips. Everything was delicious. They have eight beers on tap with several additional bottled beer options. They also offer 32 oz. Cruzan rum buckets for only $8 !!!Will definitely return and would highly recommend!

You never know. They may be open or they may not. Stopped by last Sunday and the kitchen was closed which would have been well within there posted hours.Went by on a Tues. and they decided that all they were going to serve was Tacos.Glad at least they have set longer hours on Friday and Sat. but you will never know until you walk in the door whether the kitchen is open of not.It's just a gamble.....Our group prefers to go eat at a stable business.Hope they think about getting better before they run themselves out of business!M

I was excited when I saw conch fritters on the menu,but when I tried to enjoy them they were petrified,totally not edible.$13.00 for one order,I'm hoping this was due to just starting up as we have previously ordered from Overboard and had good food and good service.

Couldn't get service at all and walked out. Sat in our seats for about 10 minutes or so while the bartender scrolled on Facebook. It was a little busy but she had time to play on her phone. We then tried to wave her down still to no avail. She still has no idea we were even there.

We have been to this restaurant many times, but today was a disaster. We waited over two hours to get our food and when I asked the first time how much longer I was told we were next. I watched the crowd die down and everyone else get served that came in after us . I asked again how much longer it was going to be. The Bartender who never gave us her name maybe Brandi became very defensive when I pointed out that they were not even busy so I told her to cancel my order and I just wanted my bill and I would not be tipping anything. She became irate and said fine she would just pay for my bill as she thew it in the air. We will not be going there anymore and we will not be tipping anymore and she was cussing at me as I was leaving the bar. Other customers in the bar were apologizing to us as we were leaving saying that this is never happened before and they've never seen anybody treat customers like this before if I could give you a zero I would've. We are avid Harley riders and we will be letting everyone know how we were treated today

Great food, great service. Also dont let the outside scare you. When you walk inside its like walking into a tropical beach restaurant in Florida.

Great atmosphere, great food and excellent drink selections. The owner is so friendly. You gotta try this place
