Open Pitt Barb-B-Que

The place is the Pits! Did not have most items on the menu. No wings. No seafood. Finally found something that I could eat. I got the pork chops with greens and yams. Wife got the rib tips with Mac and cheese and fries. After a 30 minute wait, we got our food. The rib tips obviously came from the fridge. After they warmed them, the food was edible at best. The service is horrible. They tried to not even heat my wife's tips. Went on a recommendation. Don't recommend.

Their ribs are awesome. Love their sauce. A bit pricey, and worth it! The staff was cordial, and very helpful with my questions on shoulder sandwich versus ribs...lol. They have a small eating space, but we got ours to go. Give them a go. I think you'll be happy you did.

I was told that you have to have the polish boy from this local establishment and they did not disappoint. Good service also

Shut the whole damn place down!!!!! The food is horrible,the service is worse,especially coming from the older funky ass woman.The chicken wings should be called batter wings because there's more batter than chicken

Chicken looked as if it had been fried using fish batter. Could not get anyone on the phone to resolve the issues. Will not be patronizing this business again.

I was visiting Cleveland and someone recommended this business. This business should be shut down. I wanted to order some Chicken Wings they were out. I ordered a Rib tip dinner and when I checked it felt like they pulled it out of the refrigerator.When I asked the person that handed it to me if it was possible for me to have some hot food his reply was you better gone and take that. So after waiting an hour I didn't get any Chicken Wings.All I got was a lot of bad attitudes and a cold dinner with no apology.

Every Friday I order the same thing , the wing dinner5 whole wings Mac n cheese and greens. The experience changes from week to week. I actually picked up the phone typed it four times to call the restaurant. Everything was on point! It actually brought a tear to my eyes it was so good..

Great tasting food! I love everything! My boyfriend now husband too me here to get food on one of our dates. He got lots of points for choosing Open Pitt!

this is the worst place to get food from who ever is the new manger you guys suck and the young lady was rude nasty and just wanted to sit there can't even greet the customer the right way bad energy bad food it use to be the go to spot I'm big on customer service

I always stop here when I'm in Cleveland. Today I purchased my usual, ribs , Mac and cheese, yams, greens and peach cobbler. No peach cobbler which was fine. The lady waiting on me not only would not even get up from her chair to hand me my change but had an attitude throughout the whole transaction! I had to almost go into the window to get my change! I paid for my order, when I got my order to the room I not only was missing my yams and only juice for greens! I also had wings which surprisingly was very greasy and no seasoning. I will never come back again!
