Fun short stop. Staff is friendly. Definitely some candies that remind you of days gone by.

I went in to use my ice cream coupon and the service was so bad. 2 young women who could've cared less about me. I paid, took my bag and realized I only had one of the 2 servings. I went back in and they said ya, it's here. They didn't bother to call after me. That's on me but they had no concern for service. They stood there. Period. The whole time I was there they just stood there with no concern for the store.

We stopped by here today and when we walked in the popcorn smelled so good, we just had to order some. So my husband decides to order fried bologna sandwiches and we were trying to pick a side and the girl behind the counter says you had to order the pickle chips.. so I do. Well I get the popcorn take a bite and all I taste is salt.. I mean how do you mess up popcorn and how can it smell that good and not fresh. Then I get the bag with my food and look inside and see there is no side to only find out pickle chips are pickle slices (not fried pickles like the lady had said). I've never in my life been charged for pickles slices!! Then when we get to the car and bite in the sandwich it is bland no flavor at all!! And 1/2 the flipping onion is on the sandwich and they gave me 1/2 a jar of mayonnaise to go on it. I would have liked fried pickles instead of paying for pickle slices instead of 1/2 jar of mayonnaise to go on my bolognese sandwich. If you are thinking of going here. Just don't.. go somewhere else. The people were not helpful either.

I would definitely go here for the ice cream, candy and chocolates. Great selection of every item.I would pass on the eatery. 90% of the items seem to be pre-made and reheated. My son had the BBQ burger which had great tasting bacon and a nice thick onion ring. The meat patty was not seasoned at all and he was never asked how he wanted the burger cooked. I had a gyro which was 5 pieces of pre-made and shaped meat with taziki sauce, onions and tomatoes. It was average and nothing that couldn't have been made at home.I also think the price per plate is pretty high considering that no side is included. So for a $10 burger, there's no fries, salad or other side included, you need to pay seperate for that.i wouldn't even bat an eye if the main dish was spectacular but it wasn't. So we will be back but just for the sweets.

I attended an ice cream social here and the staff was very friendly and showed everyone where everything was. The entire building is quaint like a mom and pop shop and is old school and cute

I was in the area and wanted to reward myself for a job well done. I saw the sign and took it as a sign that God wanted me to stop. The store has a cozy feeling to it and the staff were welcoming. I walked to the bakery where I was immediately greeted. I chose a peanut butter bar and a chocolate brownie. Both were good, but I enjoyed the peanut butter bar more. If I could change one thing, I would have asked for the brownie to be warmed. I improvised and used my car to warm it some. I will have to return and try a lemon bar. I tasted the free sample at the counter.

Such a great little spot for a light lunch and dessert. I took my son and we had such a great time. We reminisced over candy he liked as a child and I enjoyed the variety.

Worst customer service ever. Visited on 2.14 around 5:30 and the 2 people working the candy counter were extremely rude. I asked for approximately 10 different pieces of chocolate but later when I opened the box there was 4 pieces in there. I have no idea what exactly I was charged for because the young guy didn't offer me my receipt after he realized there was no tip, he just crumbled my receipt and threw it away. Just very disappointing after visiting sweeties.

Bought a caramel apple there. They didn't have a container to put it in just a paper bag. They couldn't add any nuts or chocolate very poor customer service. It's a candy store! You would think you would accommodate the customer with candy. I have been there twice- first and last time!
