Old School Pizza & Wings by Parker's

I just moved here from Chicago a few months ago after being away for 30 years. Their pizza is the best pizza I've had just about anywhere including the 5 cities in which I've lived in the USA. This is just exceptional pizza in every single way. It's its own style of pizza, although New York style would be the closest. But it's slightly thicker, The crust is crunchy on the bottom, soft on top. The sauce is the right balance of tangy and sweet and the toppings are exceptional. It seems they put oregano on top of the cheese which really makes it. Suggestion if you visit....Be open....Most people wouldn't think of ordering burrata as an appetizer when going to a pizza and wing joint. For F-SAKE....GET THE BURRATA! It is exceptional, it really is. the buratta cheese is creamy and slightly sweet, and pairs perfectly with the balsamic sprinkled on top. It comes with plenty of cherry tomatoes that are grilled or heated just enough to be soft enough to put on the bread with the cheese. The toast they serve with it is perfect. Crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Just a great place. If you live anywhere on the west side of Cleveland, it's worth making a pilgrimage. The ambience is very relaxed, more like a 1970s bar. GREAT SERVICE. Just awesome people both times I went.

I went here with family and friends to enjoy their Griswold's Christmas Bar which was super cute. The holiday bar I believe lasts through 1/5 but it is a great time with some 90s nostalgia and holiday spirit. But be mindful the entrance to Griswolds is around the corner (part of the same building but a separate entrance from Old School's main pizzeria). The pizzeria itself was packed! You can order pizza or other food items there for pickup and take it into Griswolds. But keep in mind, the only serve drinks inside of Griswolds no foodAs for service, it got slower as more people trickled into Griswolds. And there was only one bathroom, so plan wisely!Overall a decent experience and I would love to have the pizza again. It was delicious!

Stopped in for dinner this past week to eat before heading next door to their holiday themed bar, Griswolds. Ordered the pepperoni balls, a small antipasti salad, and a small order of wings. The pepperoni was spicy, the pepperoni balls/bread were not doughy and super filling like I thought they might be...it actually tasted like an eggroll wrapper as they are fried. Really good, especially with the marinara sauce to dip in. Everything was absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar and our bartender, which I wish I knew his name, was awesome! Very attentive and personable. We will definitely be back to try the pizza in the near future!

Great chicken wings. Love how you can mix the sauces. Had myself a hot honey mustard and they were fantastic. They have a great ranch as well. Fries weren't that good. They were crinkle cut but not as good as the wings. Service was good and felt like a nice Italian restaurant with the decor

Came here as part of of the 2023 Cleveland Wing Week celebration. Their wings were really excellent, cooked perfectly with a very tangy buffalo hot sauce. Their cheesesteak sandwich was just okay, and their house salad was full of veggies and easily shareable.Gotta come back and try their pizza!

Really disappointed here looking in the Cleveland area I came across the reviews for this place and I was really pumped up I saw some of the pictures of the pizza and looked well done it looked crunchy it looked like all the things that pizza is supposed to be like and so I went in and ordered a small cheese and a medium pepperoni because I happen to love big pepperoni old school pepperoni which this place served and when the pizza came to the table I pretty much was crying because both of them were a sloppy mess of oils and the crust was anything butt crunchy it was a floppy mess of cheese and oil it was just basically junk pizza I was so disappointed Nice people nice place but they do not know how to execute a pizza so go for wings go for burgers Go for whatever else but don't go for a pizza

Old School Pizza was great! We came here as a group of 9 after my son's lacrosse game. The name is perfect - the place reminded me of the pizza places we used to go to after games as a kid. There was plenty of room for seating and were were able to get in with only about a 15-20 minute wait. We got a few sides - fried pepperoni, pepperoni rolls, fried cauliflower, and cheesy bread. We also ordered 3 pizzas - 1/2 pep / 1/2 cheese, the "Big Dill" and Barbeque Chicken. All were really tasty! The ambiance was great - the tables were spaces decently apart and there were TVs spread out nicely. It was a fun experience and we cannot wait to go back!

Went here based on all the recommendations so I had high expectations. I'll start this off by saying I'm a crispy crust guy for my pizza. The crust wasn't crispy, was much more on the floppy side and left a little to be desired on the flavor. Sauce and cheese was good but the pepperonis were massive and didn't really crisp on and same with the sausage. The cauliflower bites were fine as well, I did expect the rub to be on them and not on the side, that was really odd to me. But they tasted good. It was a fine place for a lunch but not anything to write home about. I'll end up going again and seeing if it was an off day that's for sure.

We were at a local winery and picked up some takeout. The gluten free pizza with the garlic oil sauce and banana peppers, artichokes and sausage was awesome. They gave us plenty of plates and utensils. The gluten free crust was also tasty.

Wish I could add to the experience. We made reservations for a group of 16, no problem. Got there to see a sign on the door stating their pizza oven was down, serving wings and salads. But we went there for the pizza! Especially on a Sunday with BO/GO 1/2off. Oh well we ended up at Parker's (I guess same owner?) had a great meal there. We will try to revisit for pizza.They had my number. Just wish they would have called as it was Sunday 1/19 the coldest day of the year!Being fair we decided to return here Thursday 1/30 for dinner with a smaller group. I started with a Caesar salad which I enjoyed and yes with the small fish on it.After reading reviews and craving the pizza. It's what we ordered. Half deluxe, half pepperoni. ($25)Toppings in the deluxe half: sausage was very good with real fennel flavoring just wish there was more than the 6 small (quarter sized) pieces on that half, Mushroom, peppers, onion good, maybe too much onion which overpowered the flavor of other toppings.Sauce had good tomato taste. Cheese needs to be revisited as it was pretty much flavorless. Crust was soggy, perhaps undercooked not able to hold up the crust grab, tip falls to the plate and toppings slide off test.The pepperoni was sandwich size with the distinct flavor of salami, making me think it was either salami or sandwich pepperoni, which are flavored differently, very bland and without the flavor we all crave. I guess there is a chair for each every rear end in the world but having travelled extensively having pizza on several continents. I'll have to get a good za elsewhere.
