Just because they have bbq in their name doesn't mean they are a great bbq restaurant. The food is good. Not great. I had dry meat. I expected it to be juicy and flavorful. It lacked in both aspects. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Not sure if coming back is in my future.

I'm new to the areas and have never eaten this chain before. I was looking for a lunch spot after running some errands and thought I would try it out. Immediately, I noticed how clean and professional the place is. The person at the counter was patient and helpful offering suggestions and even to adjust the thermostat when I mentioned how cold the air conditioning was. I got a platter with two meats and two sides which also came with cornbread. There are a variety of sauces to choose from. Everything was decent but maybe a little over cooked. The sauces are also decent but probably not the yummiest things I have ever tasted. It's a decent lunch spot and the prices feel reasonable enough. I'm sure I will return...

My family dined in for dinner. The counter staff were very unwelcoming and not helpful in placing our orders one bit! We had questions on the menu. We felt that we were interrupting their social hour. "Hurry up & order" attitude. I believe it was the supervisor who took our order. He appeared angry that he had to answer a question about what's included with the meal. (No one was dining the restaurant. They were not busy).Who's hiring & training these people?So unwelcoming.You go into a restaurant, let's say: 5 Guys burgers, they are smiling, recommending items, welcoming you to their restaurant etc. these clowns are like "don't bother us" "hurry up". Just saying, no one is going to want to return again when they feel like they are not wanted there.The meal stated comes with a corn muffin, no muffin... when asked "oh, we don't have muffins with that meal anymore". Thanks for nothing. :(

I came on Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm (7-29-22). My Togo order was ready in about two minutes. When you get a Togo order you have to go and get sauce for it, I included a picture.

Cleveland is seriously lacking good BBQ. This place is very average. It's northern style BBQ! I'd stick with the pulled pork here. They have several bottled sauces to help yourself to, but they are all too sweet. I liked the mustard and the vinegar sauces best. Service is pretty slow but nice. The day we came in for lunch, there were only 2 ladies working. They were doing a good job of trying to get everyone taken care of.

I tried the Brunswick stew. It was OK. Kind of bland. I did add some water to thin out the stew though. It sat in my frig for a day. I got 2 hotdogs that were both good. The mac & cheese and the beans & coleslaw were good. The chicken tenders were good but the fries ( a generous amount) needed to cooked longer. Ask for crispy fries when ordering ! I only get take out here.
