I often order takeout here and the food is here consistently very good. Their service is unrivaled. You can't go wrong with brisket or the mac and cheese.

Been to a different location some time ago and I remember liking it so we stopped at this location in between volleyball games. You walk in and place your order at the counter and then have a seat. Cups are provided where you get your own fountain drinks or iced tea. We were greeted by a friendly host and had our orders delivered to our table within 10-minutes. Let's just say this is some good BBQ. I had the two meat platter where I chose the smoked wings and sliced brisket accompanied by smoked mac and cheese, hushpuppies and cornbread. The brisket was perfectly tender and had great smoke flavor. The wings, although I wish were a little meatier, had a tasty dry rub and again, great smoke flavor. The mac and cheese was average as was the cornbread. The hushpuppies however I found to be the subpar portion of my plate as they were just lacking in flavor. My wife had the pulled pork and as she so aptly put it, it was the best pulled pork she's had in Ohio. Upon my sampling, I'd have to agree although I took slight offense as I am known amongst family and friends for making killer smoked pork but I digress. The place was clean as were the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy good BBQ.

Been coming here for years, but somehow got out of the habit! Likely more from being on the wrong side of the town! Anyhow a great place for quick meal and friendly service! You order as you walk in and get your own drinks and barbecue sauces (four very different to choose from).The pulled pork plate (without the bun) is our favorite! Get taste sweetbread made fresh and one side! We usually choose two sides! Try the hot apple and coleslaw! However, there is a good variety of sides to please anyone's tastebuds! The parking is good upfront and the restrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. My favorite drink here is the called Cherry Wine (pop, diet & regular). They do have a variety of other drinks too! After eating again here, I wondered why I have no been stopping here more regular! They have two restaurants one in Massillon and the other in Canton. Both Are great restaurants! I have eaten at both frequently! They are great for lunch or supper or just a quick bite! Also, they have dine-in, takeaways, and catering!

Good smoked flavor in the pork, brisket and fall off the bone ribs. 5 different sauces to choose from but the meat was so tasty did not really need any. True Southern sweet tea to wash it all down.

My wife and I stopped in this afternoon. We looked at the menu for a few minutes and then waited at the counter to order. The two employees and what looked to be the manager were standing talking in clear view. We waited a few minutes as they acted like we weren't there. And my wife (the patient one) said let's just go. So we turned and walked back out. None of the employees ever acknowledged us.
