Lovely shop of tea-related gift and practical items and a wonderful assortment of teas from all over the world divided into helpful categories. Lots of education available from friendly knowledgeable staff. Purchases by weight are packaged from their stock into handy re-closable containers. They were kind enough to contact me when they restocked a tea that was not available when I first stopped by.

As someone who is obsessed with teas, I was so excited to find this company through a FB group. I've ordered a couple of times and have been really impressed. Shipping is extremely fast and Free! If you register you get a free sample every month. I love trying new teas so this can come in handy but they also sell in small 1oz sizes for a very reasonable price. Everything I've tried so far has been high quality and delicious. My absolute favorite is the Long Island strawberry. You have to try it! I really wish this shop is in my home town but for now, I will continue to support them online. Great company, awesome prices, and delicious quality teas!

Just started to get into teas and was overwhelmed walking in for the first time. The staff immediately recognized my dilemma and came over to help. They patiently walked me through all their teas from the white and greens to the blacks. They have handy sniffing tins next to all their varieties and you can buy them in various quantities; including even just an ounce of you want to just try it out. Definitely recommend giving them a look.

This is a cool place. My first time visiting this tea shop. There are a variety of loose leaf teas to choose from. The staff can give recommendations on different teas based on the customer's preference for hot or iced tea. There are also some really cool tea accessories sold here as well. Very knowledgeable staff regarding different types of teas. It was a fun experience shopping here.

Where else can you go to not only purchase a wide selection of unique loose leaf teas but also be educated as to how to prepare them correctly. Ohio Tea Co offers flavors I've never seen elsewhere, accessories that are beautiful (from traditional Japanese tea cups to eye catching tea canisters) & tea tastings! The staff is not only knowledgeable but also friendly & a delight to speak with (Terry Gabet). In fact, he was so polite that he not only gave me the veterans discount ( I was purchasing items that my father picked out who was in the Army) but also an additional 15% off for their matcha sale. I was able to purchase matcha, the whisk & spoon all for less than $27.00...I have been eyeing the supplies for over a year now & this was by far the best bang for my buck! I can't wait to go back & bring my tea loving friends with me :)

Absolutely love this tucked away little discovery. I have been there twice now. The first I went there trying find tea for my daughter after she had enthusiastically purchased her first tea pot set. The lovely gentleman who I assume may be the owner, promptly assisted and educated me on their teas. In front of each selection, there is a sample box, he suggests you shake then smell. Had never done this before. With his assistance, I choose 3 selections which were a big hit. She was 8 at the time. When I brought home my finds, my coffee drinking husband said, "where is mine"? I have in the past forced him to go to a tea house. His favorite is a cinnamon rooibos. Stopped by and bought him some for Valentines Day. Daughter was only too happy to serve it up! Visit was the same, immediate attention, helpful feedback, and I signed up last visit for the monthly newsletter last visit so I scored a free sample!!! Win win! Want to return and try some of their chai. Love to support local and I was happy to see lots of other in there when I made my return.

We had been driving down Fulton for some time and noticing the sign for loose tea. We came in and the aroma was delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were delighted to find that the cost was so inexpensive. We purchased several teas and joined their rewards club (free to join and entitles you to a free 1/2 oz. of tea per month). The prices of the tea were about 1/4th of what we had been paying at Teavana - and once we tasted the teas we had chosen we knew we'd never shop at Teavana again! Ohio Tea Company has a new customer for life.If you love tea or even if you are just really wanting to try some.. I urge you not to drive by this delightful little shop.

I was just there for the first time and it is a bit of an overwhelming expeince for tea enthusiasts used to packaged tea. A very nice gentleman walked me though oolong, Darjeeling and pureh teas. I bought 4 kinds of 1 oz each. Their packages are very generous because usually one ounce is about 2 tablespoons but this is twice as much tea. If you like tea take the time and visit you will not be disappointed.
