Ohio City Brew Stop

This is my favorite corner store in the neighborhood. My husband, dog and I walk here frequently- kind of a Friday night ritual. I really like that they let us bring our pup in - management is pretty cool. The variety is really good. Plenty of wines, ciders, beer, and pop. When I'm feeling like I need something sweet, I appreciate that there is a nice ice cream selection. If I am feeling adventurous, I appreciate that beers are sold individually, by the bottle - it's always the worst when you buy a pack of a new drink and end up not liking it, so it's nice to try just one bottle! I also like that if you request a specific drink, management will look into it!

I'm adding a star to my previous rating for two reasons: 1) The owner and his son who run the place get to know the neighbor folks and regulars. They're not super-talkative, but very, very friendly. Also, you can bring your dog in with you if you're on a walk and you decide to pick something up. That's huge for me because I refuse to leave my dog outside, unattended anywhere but my fenced in backyard.2) The a la cart beer section is fan-freakin-tabulous. You'll most likely spend a little more than your average sixer of all the same brews, but this way you can pick and choose from their great selection. Sometimes I'm in the mood for lots of different kinds of beers, but I don't want cases of it lying around my house--that's just asking for trouble, right? Hehe.I will add that sometimes straight up sketchy ass people come in here and linger around you. The owner will handle it, so don't worry.

This place is a treasure. I'm grateful to be able to runaround the corner to grab beer, wine or champagne EASY PEASY. The selection is great IMHO. Most little shops kind of just offer the bare minimum and gas station wine, but here you can find craft, seasonal, and local options. Very friendly too.

Excellent craft beer selection. They are still working on the wine selection, but very promising start. Customer service is excellent and they always remember your name. Make this your beverage store and you'll be glad you did.

I don't know why I haven't reviewed this place yet. This place is great--great selection, great neighborhood vibe from owner and son, prices are reasonable but not bargain basement, leashed dogs are allowed in the store, and It doesn't seem as sketchy as some other corner stores in the area. Only sad part is there's not much food in the place. It's beer, wine, and a couple soda and snack options. It should really be named, "Fulton Beer" because that's really the main attraction. But it gets the job done for any beer lover who might also need a can of Monster and a bag of chips. The beer selection is just too damn good to pass up.

After moving to Ohio City we were looking for a place that had a good beer and wine selection that wasn't overpriced and we found it at Fulton Foods. They have a great selection of micro and craft brews as well as the usual domestics. The wine selection is also more varied than other larger grocery chains in the area. It has the charm of a corner store since they remember their customers and it is far less sketchy than other stores of the like in the area.

They have a great variety of craft beers to choose from and the beers are always cold. The guys who work there are great. You can always count on them being in a great mood and can tell right away that they are good people

this place is fantastic! they have a large selection of beer and wine (some liquor too), are reasonably priced, and the staff is always very friendly. highly recommended!!

This place is awesome. I live right around the corner and go here all the time. Tiny place...basically they have beer, wine, other beverages, and a few snacks. The owners are extremely friendly, especially when you get to know them. Excellent beer selection. I don't know anything about wine so I can't comment on that.
