Off The GRIDdle

We used Off the GRIDdle for a conference at Bellwether Farm Center of 35 adults. Greg was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Kathy and her team mate who came on-site in the food truck (I'm sorry I didn't retain his name) were amazing and the food was a hit! They arrived in plenty of time to get set up and ready for our dinner. Kathy was so personable. The food was a hit and the event was fun. They were able to accommodate our dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten free and no dairy) with ease. I would highly recommend Off the GRIDdle!

Off the Griddle came to our neighborhood and they were great. They were fast and kept the line moving.We tried 4 things. The fries with garlic aioli were phenomenal. The Big Pig was also phenomenal. It had a great crunch from the cole slaw and good flavor. The Cuban was also tasty. It was your basic Cuban flavors. The chicken gyro was my least favorite as I didn't love the red pepper relish or pulled chicken. Still tasty, just not my favorite.

First food truck of 2020! The truck came by Edgewater yesterday which was awesome to get out of the apartment for some food during this virus craziness.Ordered the pig big and was impressed! The sandwich was very good and big. I'm personally not the biggest bbq fan in the world so I could have went with a little less sauce and maybe a creamier coleslaw but it was still very good. Definitely going to try the Cuban out next time, it looked fantastic!Thanks for coming by yesterday during the virus, I think I speak for everyone that is was much appreciated!

I hired Off The GRIDle for my son's surprise 21st birthday party. The event had a combination of adults and kids and everyone was raved about the food. There was something for everyone! I couldn't believe how delicious everything was and how quickly they were able to prepare the orders for each guest. Everything was made to order and so fresh! The two teammates who worked the truck for the actual party were so nice and accommodating. I worked with Gary to plan the event and he made everything so easy! I will definitely have them again for another party! Highly recommend!

Between my wife and I we had slightly different opinions on this place. She decided on a 3 and I decided on a 5, together we averaged it out. While somewhat pricey, Off The GRIDdle creates some amazing plates. Of all their choices, the fries with garlic aioli were my favorite. I have also gotten "The Big Pig" twice now which was extremely filling both times. The service was super friendly from the food truck as well. Unlike other food trucks, the people working here actually seemed to enjoy themselves.

Awesome food truck. Burgers are delicious and my wife likes the gluten free bun that doesn't fall apart. Ingredients are fresh and the staff is great. The chicken strips are unbelievable

We had an employee lunch with the Off the GRIDdle food truck and our experience was perfect! The owner Greg was responsive and accommodating when we reached out via email. Employees Andre and Britt arrived on time, began service on time, and they were absolutely lovely and cheerful. They did not run out of anything, and our employees were very satisfied and grateful. We highly recommend booking Off the GRIDdle!

I got to check out this truck last trip to Cleveland and absolutely loved it.I stumbled upon this food truck while it was parked outside of our Cleveland office and decided to give it a try. I had the veggie pita and it was awesome: fresh veggies topped with a creamy sauce all on a chewy pita, I was in heaven. It came with a side of fries topped in garlic aioli and I couldn't get enough of that amazing sauce, I wanted it on everything! The lady at the order window was wonderful. She was willing to answer any questions I posed and explained the menu options, making sure I was one happy vegetarian. Several times I saw staff come from inside the truck to insure everything was clean, napkins and condiments available, and everyone had what they needed. From the great food to the stellar customer service, this is absolutely a food truck I would frequent any chance I could.

We used Off The GRIDdle for a middle school fundraiser and it was fantastic. They arrived on time, staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for any function.

The booth at the IX center claimed not to have tap water (asked for a small cup instead of spending $5 for a bottle of Aquafina); and wouldn't even give an empty cup to a paying customer to fill in the bathroom. The sandwich and fries were far too greasy; I heard the tacos were good from someone else but that's hearsay. Initially the stated lack of tap water was revolting because it called hand washing practices into question (and this did color my experience of the place) but the owner messaged me later to say that they have water but they aren't allowed to give it to thirsty people. Denying a cup of tap water is illegal in a number of states (including where I used to live) and while Ohio does not have that law it's still a jerk move to not even give a paper cup to fill in the bathroom.
