i don't know if the food is going down hill or what, but we had dinner here a couple weeks ago and i thought it more or less sucked. i don't even remember what Danielle had but we shared an order of devilled eggs, which for me, were the highlight. my beer was good, but again, don't remember what it was. my meal, though, sucked. our service was fine. nothing extraordinary but not bad.i had a pick 3 meal w/ brisket*, pulled pork and sausage links w/ beans, i think. maybe fries.anyway, *i don't like brisket because it's too fatty for my liking but i figured i'd try it. i should have listened to my gut. having said that, cutting away the fat cap made it palatable. the pork was sad. "pulled" was a stretch. it was basically hunks of a pork roast that had been cut away and were dry and tough to chew. the sausage was good but maybe a little too well done. i used to love the toast that was served w/ the meats but it's sooo overcooked now. it's almost like they throw them in a deep fryer. no thanks. could have used more sauce for as dry as the pork was. i ended up taking a lot home and ultimately throwing it away. $100 for dinner and 1/2 thrown out... won't be back anytime soon.

Sad. Went for lunch, server never refilled our drinks. Food was beyond salty. I should have complained. The prices are not cheap for lunch, but man, the portions are small! The dessert was HORRIBLE. Tasted like it was made in advance and frozen---strange refrigerator / freezer after taste. This used to be a favorite, but lunch was almost $100. Never again.

The food here is ok but the service is awful. They have the worst bartenders who would rather chat among themselves than pay attention to customers. I feel invisible every time I go in there. They need remedial hospitality training in the worst way.

We are moving from TN to Hudson. My wife and I stopped in at 6 pm on a Friday for the first time. We sat at the bar. We waited over 30min to get a drink and had to flag down the bartender. An hour and half later, it had slowed down and the bar was only half full. She never came back around to ask if we needed anything. We were there over 2 hrs and only got one drink, and no water. We ended up going somewhere else to get a drink. Food was a 3 out of 5, service was 0 out of five. It was so bad I don't think my wife will ever go back.

Stopped in on a Saturday night for dinner with two young children. We were seated quickly but service went downhill from there. After waiting over 10 minutes we flagged down a server who got our server's attention. Food took a very long time to be delivered. The restaurant was not busy and there were several empty tables. Tables seated after us had food shortly after we ordered. Not sure why service was so slow. The chicken I ordered did not taste good. I could no eat it because I was concerned it was going to make me sick. The kid's meals were pretty good. Ample for my kids to eat. My SIL got the brisket which was not great either. I've had better meals there is the past. Maybe just an off night.

An excellent dinner for us a week ago. Selena was our server and she was there looking out for us. Her service was impeccable. She had a great sense of humor and could figure out what we needed before we even had to ask.Hubs had the cajun grouper and it was moist with just the right amount of spice. It was a very large piece but he managed to finish it all. It came with fries and apple slaw. The slaw was crispy and tasted like autumn. Apples were a surprising and tasty addition! He said he would order it again. I had a half rack of the ribs which were more like a 3/4 rack. They were fall off the bone smoky and juicy. Selena brought me an extra dollop of sauce so I could dip too. Lots of good apple taste in the Q sauce. I also had the dirty grits and almost had to have hubs get his own order. We both liked them. Lots of big pieces of chorizo in them as well as corn and cheese. Very, very good. Another of my sides was onion rings. Nope...I chose not to have anything green and I'm glad. The rings were crispy and just right.It was a very comfortable place with a warm and cozy interior. We will be back. And we'll make sure Selena is our server!

To start, the service was horrible and the restaurant was dead. My salad came with the wrong dressing. instead of telling me they were out of my choice, our server who smelled like BO stated we are out of that so they gave you this instead. Wrong action! Then we ordered food to go for my husband- another mistake. thinking a Brisket Sandwich at $19 should be fantastic- well wrong - it was missing the bourbon bbq sauce that was to be on the side and as pictured it was ALL fat. Fries were gross too. This was not like the experience I expected or have ever had at the Chesterland location. Very disappointing at every level Service, Value, Quality and more YUCK
