NuVue Bar And Grill

This may be my new favorite restaurant in the area! Met a friend here for dinner on Friday night and had a great experience. It was busy but not packed and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive and she told us the place will have been open for a year in April. They have a good menu with a fair but not overwhelming amount of choices and things were priced reasonably. I went for the breaded tofu entree and it was fantastic! Sautéed vegetables and breaded tofu, tossed in a sweet soy glaze and served over cauliflower noodles. The veggies were a fresh, delightful mix, the tofu was crisp, and the sauce was flavorful and not drenched. And if the noodles were made out of cauliflower like they say you couldn't tell at all! The dish came with a side salad too, which I ordered with their house French dressing, and the dressing was great. I will be back for sure. Thank you, NuVue!

Really quality food. Great service. And a wonderful atmosphere. Frequent specials that are amazing. Seafood, steaks, and snacks. Bartenders are friendly and remember your favorite drink! Our nu-favorite place!
