Nothing but amazing customer service and quality taste.My family has used them for many events. Recently I got to try their Key Lime Cake. I was reluctant to taste this cake as I don't like Key Lime Pie, it's always too sweet or too tart or sour but THIS cake was to DIE for!!! I ate the whole thing and was very pleasantly surprised. Super glad I was talked into trying one but super sad it's limited time!

Pure perfection is what describes this franchise and location. The cakes are perfection and I always bring them as gifts to events. My favorite is the red velvet but the raspberry one is also RIDICULOUS in the best way possible! Staff is phenomenal. I think they should have a tip jar on the table but I guess that might stir up a debate but I do think patrons should be given the option those girls work hard !

In memory of my mom's love for supporting local, and checking out new bakeries in different states or areas; this spot came up as highly recommended and rightfully so. Stopped in after Kent State Brain Day 5K; was pleasantly surprised at the brightness and welcomeness of staff, and space of the bakery. Ended up purchasing two of the smaller Bundt cakes, one as a treat for my adopted grandma Annie, whose 100 that lives in Hubbard OH, and one for me. Thank you to the young lady, this past Saturday afternoon for your patience and kindness when I was making my selections. In total, there were 11 different choices, my selection was the Strawberries & Cream, and a Key Lime. We both loved the cake texture, and our summery flavors, and the delicious taste. I would definitely stop in again, if in the area in the future. For anyone that's local, they do over a rewards card, which is different and a great way to maintain loyal customers for returned visits.

Positives first: this location is clean and bright, the service was excellent and the selection of flavors was decent. However, I got a "blueberry bliss" bundtlet and there were 2 blueberries and a fragment in the entire cake. Seriously, more like "blueberry bluff." It was basically a plain cake with plain icing, not even appreciable blueberry flavor. To be fair, this was a birthday reward and I am so glad I didn't pay money for it. (Maybe they save their mistake cakes for that purpose?)
