North Woods Bowling Lanes

This is a nice place to bowl. They have some shoes that are brand new and others that are super old and need to be gotten rid of. The chicken wings here are amazing. Ask for them to be well done or extra crunchy. I'm not normally a big wing fan but these are really good. Reserve yourself a lane in advance so you know it's available. Parking is no problem. The employees seem quite friendly.

North Woods has updated their menu!When I was a young woman I always thought I'd "fall in love" with any man who would have the (guts) ;) to take me to a bowling alley for dinner on a first date. I LOVE bowling alley food!Enter "North Woods" 2016. What else can this bowling center offer other than those treasures I have already touted in my first review? PLENTY! North Woods rolled out a whole new menu over the past few weeks... I'm talking French Bread Pizzas and Grilled Cheese Sammys; delicacies which (though I'd already eaten dinner) I happily consumed without guilt. Most of the food is homemade too!I'm impressed with North Woods... I'd even come here for dinner WITHOUT my bowling ball!

Great time had by all! We had a team celebration at the lanes, that we scheduled last minute, and everyone (15 of us) had a great time! We scheduled it during a league night, and that was not a problem at all. Bar service was quick, the food came out quickly (we literally ordered one of everything, and went back for more), and the bowling was a great time. The entire staff was very accommodating, and friendly to work with. We will go back for sure!

We came to bowling 45 minutes before closing time and we were refused. Great service. Thanks a bunch. I have other places to go but unfortunately you are closest to my house.

Great place. Games there are cheap at about 2.50 a game. Good quality shoes for rental with a nice pro shop. Great for parties and fundraisers.

We had a BLAST there. Got a coupon from LivingSocial, and they went above and beyond. Put the bumpers up for us, extended our time, pre-set kids balls there...were just very thoughtful and kind. A very family-friendly, old school cool kind of bowling alley, will definitely be back!

Still pretty clean a fun atmosphere they're a little grumpy when you show up for open bowling and all the lanes have been taken but still a decent place to hang out. I have a lot of fond memories here including our son's 6th birthday party years before that bowling here with my dad.

Gee, so few reviews. I hope I'm not giving away a top secret place, but here goes. I was here with my grandson for a birthday party the other day. I decided I would hang around while he enjoyed himself. Young folks, older folks, parties, just all types of people having a good time. As the other reviewer noted, everything was taken care of, appropriate weight balls, bumpers up, extra time, plenty of directions for everybody. Very friendly and well attended by their staff.While I was waiting, I checked out the snack bar. Nachos and cheese with a coke cost me only 4 bucks. Standard bowling alley type food. Highly recommend this place!

Terrible, called and they said they had open bowling at 9pm, got there at 9:12pm, they said no open bowling, not knowing I heard him whisper to coworker tell them we have no open bowling...we were the only black folks to walk in there...will NEVER go back.
