Normandy Catering

This place is not only for catering but it is a party center as well. I have been here for a New Years Eve party and for a wedding reception and both times the food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the decor wonderful. I would definitely recommend people check this place out if the opportunity ever arises!

Average food with below average service I would not recommend using them unless you're desperate.

I recently moved to Cleveland and I needed to find a caterer for a work function at my home. A coworker recommended Normandy Catering and the only thing I can say is that I feel like I just hit the jackpot!The experience began with Pam, Normandy's representative. We met only once for one hour in which she listened carefully, proposed several ideas that were just exactly what I was looking for and told me not to worry.The day of the event, she and her staff arrived on time, had everything set up 45 minutes before the guests arrived and took over the event. I did not have to worry about anything but being a gracious hostess, The staff was incredibly professional, attentive and on the ball. When the event was over the cleaned up with great efficiency, wrapped the left overs, labeled them and organized them in my refrigerator. My house looked just like before they arrived. I want to thank them for being absolutely wonderful, for making my life easier, for saving me time and for taking such good care of my guests.

Great food and people. There is nothing they cannot prepare or cook to absolute perfection for 10 to 1000 people! I have never had a bad taste of food from Normandy Catering. I also highly recommend the Normandy Express for lunches and any outside events.

Normandy Catering was an excellent caterer for our wedding. They were very helpful in accommodating our somewhat unique request to have breakfast for dinner at our reception. The food was very tasty, including delicious waffles, the best and crispiest bacon we have ever eaten, and a range of delicious breakfast-centric appetizers. We worked with Tawny for most of ourtime wedding planning, and she was quick to respond to emails, on-time to meetings and calls, and very knowledgeable. She offered helpful suggestions when we had questions/concerns and was overall excellent to work with. After Tawny's departure from Normandy, we also worked with Stacey later in the process. She was also quick to respond to emails and was very helpful in scheduling some in-person meetings when we had limited availability since we lived out of the area. She was also excellent to work with and was very fun during our linen selection process.We found the prices to be similar to those of the other approvedcaterers for our venue. We did find that the prices were not negotiable, so the rates were quoted stayed the same. But the prices were not overall unreasonable.During the reception, the Normandy staff were absolute pros,for the most part, going out of their way to make things run smoothly. One small complaint we heard from guests was that the waiters were very quick to grab people's drinks if left unattended for a moment (despite us providing coasters that said "don't take my drink, I'm dancing") and did not refillwaters quickly, but beyond that, everything went well. As the bride and groom, our water glasses were always full to the brim and no one took our drinks unless they were empty. We'd especially like to shout-out the managers at our reception, who definitely went above and beyond. We would like to sincerely thank Susan, who kindly noticed that the bride was extremely hot (because the venue was warm) and jumped in to resolve it. She really advocated for us and our guests, and we cannot thank her enough.

Normandy provided the catering for our wedding on 9/24/16. They prepared all the food on site and it was cooked to perfection!! The wedding guests raved about the food and stated it was the best food at a wedding they had ever had!! Kathy is amazing at what she does and we couldn't have been more grateful for Normandy and their amazing staff!!

Our caterer Kathy at Normandy made my daughters wedding & reception an absolute dream come true. The food was fabulous, but Kathy was more than just a caterer, she was a total event planner. We dropped off the decorations earlier in the week, wedding day she had everything set up & placed exactly as we had it pictured in our minds, it all looked so beautiful. The most touching thing she did was just as the bride was getting ready to walk down the isle, she handed her a tissue, told her to take a deep breath, lowered her hands to place her bouquet just right & said it was going to be just perfect, her thoughtfulness calmed & comforted my daughter just when she needed it most! We can't thank Kathy & Normandy enough!
